STONE ACORN BUILDERS

We thought that the quality was amazing. They had great meetings, organization was great and it seems like they made the building process extremely with the home owner. We did not use them because it was out of our budget. They were great. They were very good and they are much kind of luxury. We didn't feel that they were flexible about materials and things like that, that they could use to lower the cost but which was fine for which they would like to deal with certain level but it unfortunately wasn't accessible for us.

It was one of the most positive experiences my husband and I had ever had. Both of the principals, Sarah and Benjamin, listen well. They are with you through out the entire design and build process. They continue to stay in touch even after the home is built. They really become almost members of your family because they get to know you, which you like, and which you would not like in your home. They are completely trustworthy. They have an immense amount of integrity. They are truly good people and good professionals. We had never built a house, and we were living overseas. Everyone was telling us not to do it until we get back home. They told us that we needed to be there everyday. Well, our experience was so positive that if we build another home, there is only one builder who will do it for us. Their price is probably about average for Houston costs. Given the quality of their work and what is included in their overall price, I think they are very fair.
