They got all the new parts and returned and repaired it the same day.

Plumbers showed up at 0800 sharp. They were courteous and mindful about shoes in the house. Because I had purchased new water lines and Delta shower head, the work was completed in 20 minutes. I was charged the 1 hour service call rate and received the 10% Angie's List member discount. I appreciated their quick response to finish work before my buyers final walk-thru and closing.

Plumber was at my house within 20 minutes of calling. Look at my problem and gave me a few options on how to proceed, issue was fixed in about an hour.

They were on time, courteous and professional. They were going to put a hole in my bedroom wall. I said no you're not. I think when they realized that wasn't going to happen they worked a little harder to solve the problem and it was resolved. It was very expensive but was in line with what other plumbers charge.

They were able to accurately locate the leak through a process of elimination. Repair was done in two trips, as a cultured marble wall in the shower had to be removed to provide access to plumbing.

My water heater burst and leaked all over garage. I turned off power and drained what I could (debris had clogged the drain valve).. I called a number of companies for quotes - all wanted to sell me something I didn't want. Some required fees to come out and provide a quote. Southern provided a free, in person quote. They cleared debris from water heater so it could fully drain and capped water lines. I purchased water heater and had delivered to house. They installed it without issue.

Chris from Southern plumbing was responsible for the job. He and another member of the team fixed the toilet in an expert manner. The repair looks complete and sufficient to last a long time. The workers were courteous and professional. They removed their shoes without my asking. Kept the bathroom and adjacent areas covered and clean. I have worked with Southern plumbing twice in the past, and their professionalism, service, and fair prices have been consistent on every occasion. I recommend Southern plumbing to anyone in the Houston area, and will use them again if needed. Prices are very fair for the service, especially for plumbers with such expertise and very high ratings.

The guys worked efficiently and professionally. We discussed the price beforehand, and the bill matched the agreed-upon quote. Since the job was later in the day, they were unsurprisingly a bit behind schedule, but they called ahead of the scheduled time to let me know they were running behind. (That was greatly appreciated... I hate just waiting.)

After having had to deal with plumbers that were from mediocre to ok, but extremely pricey, I was pleasantly surprised with this plumbing team. They did not only call ahead/arrived on time, but they were also extremely professional. They explained every step of the way on how and why they were working on the problem area, and they were careful and cleaned after themselves. Most importantly Chris and later David worked hard at figuring out how to go about replacing the cartridge of an old, stuck but quite expensive faucet--the diagnosis I had from another plumber was that I would need to buy a new faucet. They did a great job repairing it. When David worked on an aerator part that needed replacement, he offered to look it up for me at a plumbing supply store and come the next day to install it free of charge. The next day he showed up with a new aerator to install!! These people are very professional, knowledgeable and and their pricing will not take you to the cleaners. I hope they keep these qualities for many years to come, so I can use their services and keep recommending them to my friends.
