Description of Work: Installed a tankless Navien water heater.They were very committed to doing this job to my total satisfaction.They came several times to make sure all settings were set correctly. I will use them for any future plumbing jobs.The cost of this job was very fair.

Description of Work: It took a couple tries before the complicated and evasive little plumbing problem was diagnosed. Once that was accomplished, they made quick work of restoring our sewer functionality!

Description of Work: David showed up for the appointment to give me a quote. We talked about moving a shower head location and changing the valves for three toilets.He sent me an e mail with the price and agreed to start the work the next day. The next morning two people showed up , no tools in hand, just wanting to see what they have to do. When I told them to start with the shower head since that was more laborious , they said that they are not aware of anything but toilets valves. They called David who started making excuses that he did not understand that I want everything done and his workers are not competent to do the job in the shower. Much waste of my time and his credibility!

Description of Work: They pulled up some boards on the deck and then a digging crew came and tunneled under the house. That took about 4 days. Then two plumbers came and replaced the bad drain pipes to the master bathroom. That took 4 or 5 hours. The bad drain pipes were broken and full of roots. They suspended the new pipes and left me pictures of what they had done.

Description of Work: We call them because a gas leak was found in the fireplace so they closed cap the line off. Another one was found on the water heater and the inspector told us to elevate it and install a pan run drain to outside. They replace a water heater vent through roof and added a storm cap and collar. Price seems fair however it's hard because of we couldn't compare.

Description of Work: The work they did perform was good, but on another major problem they claimed that they could not repair something, only replace it (which was a lot more money for us). We got a second opinion, and they had no problem repairing instead of replacing. This saved us $600, and I felt like SP was trying to take advantage of us. The technician was very condescending towards my wife.

Description of Work: Two other plumbing companies, (from Angies list, PLUMBCO & BIG STATE PLUMBING) said I had a broken pipe under the house, that they had to dig a tunnel, etc. Cost: $8,500.00 or so. Told me they might have to charge me more if break was more than 11 ft. from toilet but could not tell me how much. |Third plumber was SOUTHERN PLUMBING, who determined it was a CLOG!! |They worked for nearly 5 hours but FOUND THE PROBLEM and got the work done and SAVED ME THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. | |I pity any member who calls Plumbco or Big State Plumbing without calling other plumbers but I guess getting 3 or 4 bids is standard. | | |

Description of Work: My kitchen line is clogged up. They came and confirmed that the line is probably broken due to old age. it is not a surprise since we had another company checked up already. however, Chris did a great job explaining. very professional and did a thorough inspection looking around and gave us a fair price estimate to re-route the line.

Description of Work: We got a quote from Southern Plumbing Services LLC. for sewer replacement.

Description of Work: Installation of ice maker. They hooked up the ice maker to our water filtration system and installed a drain pump. They had to cut holes through 2 cabinet walls to get from the ice maker to under the sink where the water filtration system is. They did small homes that were not visible. The only problem we had was that they created a big mess in the cabinets when the cut the holes and did not clean it up or let us know about it so we could clean it up. Luckily I noticed it only a week later because all that cabinet dust was sitting next to the air intake of the ice maker. If it would have been sucked in, it would have damaged our $2000 ice maker. I had to pull the unit back out to clean behind it.

Description of Work: We needed a kitchen faucet replaced. Chris from Southern Plumbing advised that I have a carpenter look at the wooden brace under the faucet that would need to be removed to install the new faucet. He didn't want to cut it if it was supporting the sink or countertop. He was very informative and a huge help in avoiding potential problems. We ended up having the carpenter/handyman install the faucet when he fixed the board, but I would definitely call Southern Plumbing in the future. Seemed very knowledgeable and honest.

Description of Work: Fixed a leak in the ceiling of my kitchen. These guys are real good. I have used them many times before on multiple properties and they are very professional, great quality and very fair pricing. I will surely continue to use them again.
