Description of Work: J.J. estimated the job at my home. He was on time, and showed me what to expect (samples of work, what type of paint) with a presentation in a binder, which was nice. I believe they do not use cleaning chemicals in the pressure washing - but it did clean the house without it. He had paint samples for us to choose colors, which we did at that meeting. The work proceeded a few days later. I got 3 quotes and theirs was the lowest, I believe it included a sale associated with Angie's List. The workers pressure washed the house, repaired the rotted wood we agreed on at the 1st meeting, and painted the house one color and shutters a second color. They left a small amount of paint for the 2 colors. The finished job looks very nice - I was very pleased.
