This company is very professional and extremely honest. They could have sold me new garage doors. Turns out that my wooden doors were in very good shape and everything just needed a tune up. It also turns out that my old, wood doors are quite valuable now, more valuable than new, steel doors.

Was on-time and very professional. Diagnosed the problem immediately and gave an estimate on the spot. Completed the work in the estimated time and tuned up the opener (tightened spring and lubed) as part of the service. The garage door hasn't opened this well since we moved into our home 10 years ago! I would definitely recommend Bellaire Garage Door to others.

This was an excellent job in all respects. Randy arrived precisely on time both to make a cost estimate and to install the openers. The openers work perfectly. Randy also provided some instruction on the routine maintenance of the mechanical parts of the doors themselves. I would definitely use Bellaire Garage Door LLC again.

Showed up on time and made the repairs in a timely manner. 10 warranty on springs and 2 years warranty on labor. Only problem was they do not take credit cards so we had to pay by check.

I called and they were able to come within the hour, make the repairs promptly and brought several key pads so they could match my unit with the appropriate key pad.

Garage door did not move even if the motor keeps turning. Bellaire Garage came out, fixed the problem, made adjustment. The door works much more quietly.

It went well. Randy, I believe he's the owner, is very knowledgeable and good at what he does. He was also very cordial. I will definitely call again for any problems that we experience in the future.

Easily obtained service call for the next day with receptionist over the phone who was helpful and friendly. Service person arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem immediately. He also found another problem with another garage door (the spring) and fixed this as well. I was pleased that the problems were resolved so quickly and everyone I dealt with was very courteous. I will use this company without hesitation for any future problems with my garage doors.

My dog chewed through the electric wire from the laser to the garage door opening. They taped the wire back together. I was very grateful. It was too cheap, in my opinion. A week later, I came home and it didn't work. I noticed that the wires were separated again and that my dog had jerked the tape off. They came back out, fixed it again, put it in a sleeve, and fastened it. He did everything perfectly at no charge.
