Rhonda (owner) and R & R House Cleaning Crew were very professional and very thorough with their cleaning service. Rhonda effectively communicated details of the job and the cost. R & R House Cleaning was pleasant to do business with. We will definitely refer them as a great cleaning company to hire.

They called the morning of service to say they arrived early; however, they were not scheduled until later in the day. They left a message to say they had a client who lived farther out and would have to reschedule. The next day she texted to say that a commercial client had an emergency. She wanted to reschedule. I had scheduled for painters to come based on the date to which she had committed. Thankfully I contacted Peachy Clean Housekeeping in Victoria at 361-218-1043. Peachy Clean was fabulous.

Did not hire this service

I spoke with Rhonda & advised the house was Airbnb vacation rental located in Magnolia Beach. House is approx 800sqft. When I realized they are out of Beeville I thought it was too far but Rhonda assured me that they service this area & travel time was not a problem. She was going to charge $90 to clean with an extra $10 for laundry since I do not have a washer/dryer in the house. The day she was to clean she called from the house & said the guest had left spoiling food in the refrigerator & on the table & the drive one way was 2hrs & she wasn’t going to be able to clean. She left without cleaning. I guess she wanted to charge $100 to clean a clean house. I was concerned that the guest may have trashed the house. I made the 3 hr drive to Magnolia Beach to clean the house. I was relived to find the house was fine except for the dirty towels & linens. There was 2 dishes in the refrigerator with food in them.

It was all fine. She kept her language professional. She gave me the price upfront. I gave that to her and I was satisfied with her work.

The first time she's very good, the 2nd time wasn't that good and the 3rd time she didn't showed up.

They were nice enough but I paid for deep cleaning but they didn't go as far as I've asked for. They cleaned the kitchen really well but they didn't wipe the refrigerator, clean the baseboard and etc.

She did not clean well at all. I had to go behind her and show her dirt and dust that she didn't do as well as go behind her and clean it myself so I could rent it.
