Description of Work: Webb took all of my hail damage from the spring of 2013, my roof, my window, my painting, and my fence, oversaw the entire project thru completion, worked and negotiated with my insurance company, insured sub contractors did their job. Just an all around good and complete Job. I was very satisfied. I would recommend their Sales person by the Name of Brian Sailor.

I called them up and had them give me the estimate. They were very good. I being a single mom had them meet my mom. My mom initiated everything. They met with her and then insisted on meeting with me, which was actually good because that let me clarify a few things. They went over item by item. They were very professional and that?s one of the reasons why I wanted to go with them. We were trying to get estimates from other people and some people didn?t show up. Some of them showed up an hour late. It was frustrating because I had taken time off from work to meet those people.

Description of Work: Primary service was a new roof and installment of radiant barrier. Webb's agent Doug H. worked diligently with my former insurance company. Which had denied me originally but because of the agent meeting with them and showing previous pictures and walking through the whole process with them, the insurance adjuster approved a new roof. With Doug's exceptional work I now have a dependable leak free roof. Doug was excellent with his follow-ups and communicating with me on all issues.

+ -1 moreExcellent overall, Webb's agent in my case made it a positive experience. Agent followed up on all commitments and remained very accessible throughout period of repairs and good resource in working thru payment process with insurance and mortgage company.
Description of Work: Primary service was new roof with minor wood repairs and served as general contractor for various other trades, painting inside/outside, glass replacement, window screen replacements, sky light replacement, attic stairs replaced, gutters replaced. Worked directly with me and state farm insurance to help identify and document repairs needed and facilitated negotiations between homeowner and my insurance co. Webb's agent used was Doug H...very professional, good communications and follow-up on all commitments.
