Michael and George arrived on time. He had some concerns about the mount we had pre-purchased and after he explained his concerns, we understood why the mount wouldn't be ideal for us. He helped me find another one online (Home Depot). They got started with the wiring while I went to pick up the new mount. They mounted the new mount and tv above our fireplace which required drilling thru the brick and running the wires over/across to a built in entertainment center. They took a great deal of time to run the wires neatly thru the entertainment center and hooked up all of our components. The TV is centered above the fireplace and the wires are hidden and all components are working as planned. He even asked to use our vacuum to clean up the dust from the drilling thru the fireplace. As a 2nd, unplanned, project, they mounted our old TV on the wall in our bedroom. Michael provided a universal mount (so we could switch out to a larger TV in the future) and mounted the tv on the wall. It is centered and level with the wires hidden...looks great! Overall 2 projects - very happy with both! They were nice guys, arrived on time, did what they said they would do for the quoted price. They were helpful, pleasant, and cleaned up after the job was done. A great overall experience - would certainly recommend to family and friends.

Description of Work: wired and mounted three wall mount tv's. we wanted all the boxes in a closet so the tv's would have no wires in view. found these clowns on criags list. First of all showed up in baggy shorts and flip flops..... left a huge mess and drilled unnecessary holes in the ceiling that they left and did not repair. They were in the closet so they must have assumed we would not see them. they promised to repair or pay us for the cost of the repairs. two months later and several calls to them and we still have the holes. we had issues with the mount in the one room so we called another company (this time a recommended one and not a craigslist special) we were told that the mount would have broken off of the wall within six months. They also billed us a tenth of the cost of the wire that Sublime charged us.

Tried to contact customer many times. Instead of letting me come back to try and make any wrongs correct he just demanded his money back. Was trying to run a scam on me because he spent more money then he wanted/ should have and had a angry wife yelling at him about the whole job the entire time we were there. He hired a craiglist special because he dident want to pay current economic prices for the trade/job he needed done. Anybody not involved with the situation would agree the job was done correctly and he got more then his money worth. NO ONE can tell or say how long a mount will hold on a wall. So that alleged comment from the alleged company he hired makes no since. Claimed he had to hire another company but never could prove anything and nothing he said ever added up. I did leave a small quarter sized hole in the wall that I was made aware of by the customer after receiving a phone pic of the hole. I told the customer that I would gladly come out and repair the hole but was told that hole was fixed and he just wanted money for it. please also keep in mind that I dont and dident ask for any-form of payment up front from the customer and he happily paid me in full at the end of the job. if I recall correctly it was nearly 3 days later when he called to complain and demand his money back. Iv been in this business since I was 16 and have worked for every big box store there is, I have never made a claim on my insurance and have over 100 pics of satisfied customers who would happily refer me. Unfortunately there are just some people in this world you cant make happy no matter how hard you try!!! Im sure we all know one of those people!
