Scott was there for us 24/7. He was real, never talked unrealistic numbers but was willing to go where we wanted to go with the house. He went above and beyond in assisting with our needs when things came up unexpectedly. If you want a realtor that is honest, knowledgeable and hard working then Scott Killian is your man. Scott is exceptionally caring, patient, reliable, and friendly individual that made me comfortable during our first meeting. I felt like I knew him all my life :)
His expertise and knowledge in the real estate business guided me with the sale price, market status and good/unreasonable offers throughout the sale process. I would highly recommend Scott for any realty needs! He is very knowledgeable of the market, was very prompt with all communications. Scott helped me sell a property that I inherited, I don’t live in the area anymore so good communications was vital. He has a great attitude and made the ordeal fun well almost!

Description of Work: With Scott, I have sold a house, bought 2 rental houses, and used him as to rent both houses. Scott has been extremely helpful and done an excellent job in all aspects of assisting me with my real estate investment business. Description of Work: I hired him for staging, but he acted as an agent would and presented comparable houses. The first thing out of his mouth was wow the house across the street looks great. He then preceded to tell me everything I already knew about my house that needing repairing. I asked his opinion about updating to granite and he of course said yes with no consideration for my concern about the necessity of it for a home in my price range. I felt he was telling me what to do to make the house easier to sell for a realtor. He did give me one good referral for an ac person, but overall I felt very insulted by the whole affair.
