+ -1 moreThe guy did great work. He showed up on time and did what he was supposed to do. He told us that it would cost 300 dollars to put on that door and a storm door, but he didn't put on the storm door. I still payed 300 dollars because he did such a good job.
Description of Work: He came to my home, removed the old door, put hinges on the new door plus an additional hinge, and hung the new door.

+ -1 moreCalled and spoke w/ Stacy - he agreed to come look at my patio and give an estimate the following Saturday. He showed up on time and was very professional. He divulged that he usually does work on the pricey side of town (for big dollars) and that he doesn't usually work over here. He decided to come give it a look since we live very near each other. I told him I appreciated that. He looked it over and gave me suggestions; I told him what I was looking for. He said he'd write up an estimate for me and email it by Tuesday. That was 2 1/2 months ago. Never heard from him again. Estimated cost was $3,000.
Description of Work: Patio cover - pergola/arbor type.

+ 2 moreWe were very pleased with the outcome of this contractors work. The patio looks really nice and the doors work perfectly. The men that came were very punctual, answered all the questions we had and Stacy Samford followed up with us to our satisfaction after they finished. I would recommend them to others and will be using them again.
Description of Work: They installed a new stone cement patio, including a new door runner, pavers and doors. They took about three days to complete the job. All used material and waste was taken away by them.
