Lon came over and gave us an estimate for a Landscape design in a problem area due to an old beautiful Oak tree using Flagstone, a little Mondo and Jasmine which was very competitive. He is knowledgeable, creative and thinks out of the box. He even called us the morning of the job from the nursery to discuss the ground cover as he originally was going to use Jasmine and changed it to Winter Creeper which sounded cool (turns purple in the winter). We said to go for it and they did and the results were super, it looks beautiful. His crew were punctual, hardworking and professional and did an awesome job. We would use them again and highly recommend them.

Showed up when he said and completed the work on time. After the french drain was installed we found we needed a larger drain opening. They came back and installed it. Very easy person to work with.

Lon was profession and punctual. We decided to do something different with our yard. If we would have wanted to do the drain/tree removal, we would have hired him.

This is the second time we've used Pinckard, and just like before, Lon's crew did excellent work. They were fast and friendly and the results are gorgeous.

We scheduled this service primarily to address some drainage issues, which was causing water to pool against the foundation. Also wanted to add patio area to the back yard to allow room for a hot tub. Lon was able to get out for an estimate within a few days of when I first contacted him. After discussing drainage issues, he recommended regrading and sodding the yard rather than installing a french drain... we had many low lying areas in the yard contributing to the drainage issue. He also suggested adding on a litle more onto our existing patio, and drew a free-form shape that we really liked. We never would have thought about doing that ourselves, but really liked the idea of having the extra patio space, and we just love it. The job started a week ahead of schedule, and everything was completed within a week. The quality of the work was excellent, and we couldn't be more pleased with the end result. Lon was very professional, and addressed any questions that came up during the project promptly. Would highly recommend Pinckard Landscape to anyone looking for flagstone and/or drainage work!

Lon (the owner and manager) called back within 24 hours of leaving a message and he met me at my home as soon as we had clear weather. He gave me advice on what to repair replace in my yard knowing that I was about to list and sell my home. He quoted a fair price and promised to work my project into his schedule to meet my time requirements. He did everything he promised and the yard looked great when they finished. It could not have been a better customer experience. Highly recommned Lon and his team for all your landscaping needs.

Lon and his team showed up at 7am, and worked until 7pm at night. As part of the French Drain process his team dug a trench from my old sump-pump area all the way around my home and to the street. They used a plastic lining around the PVC pipe and then put rocks on top of that before adding new sod on top. When they were finished not only did it look like the lawn had never been touched, but the drain they installed at the cub looked seamless - as if it had always been there. Lon's team did a fantastic job, and Lon himself is one heck of a character. One of the nicest people I've met and a pleasure to work with. Should the need arise in the future, he will be the first person I call when I need work done. I used to fear the rain, now I can't wait for more to come!

Ron was really great to work with. In addition to being an incredibly nice guy, he was very professional and responsive. The work was done on time and exceeded our expectations. He is more expensive than others but worth it for the high degree of service, excellent work and attention to detail.

We couldn't be happier with both the price, but also the way in which the project was done. My wife and I joked that Lon walked several miles back-and-forth in our backyard to come up with a perfect design. We happened to catch him at a good time (late January) and he had a crew ready to go as soon as the utility location services (yep, he didn't shortcut this) had finished marking the lines. The entire project, which involved replacing the majority of the backyard grass with the desert rockscape look that I wanted, took just over a week and EVERYONE has been very impressed with the workmanship. We also contracted with him to do an arbor/pergola, which was completed less than a week later (and earlier than expected) for much less than other quotes that we had received. That arbor is incredible, and much better than we expected. If Lon is busy and can't jump on your project as quickly as you would like in the busy season, just be patient. The results, workmanship, and professionalism will be well-worth the wait.

Workers arrived on time, were neat, polite and cleaned up after themselves. Lon stopped in to check on progress. Everything went just as planned. Completely satisfied.

He showed up on time to give me a price. He showed up on time to do the work and he finished sooner than promised. His crew was experienced and courteous. They explained the work as they went when I asked. They cleaned up so well you couldn't see any work had been done.

All work was done to our satisfaction. The teams worked around a power outage we had in our area on the day they arrived. We were not happy with the initial fence installation and the team came back out and made adjustments to make us happy. We are planning a second phase with them as well to install a sprinkler system, sod and flower gardens. Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

A crew of 7 showed up the first day and worked 10 hours on the project. Care was taken to avoid any damage, work was well done by a skilled crew. several small modifications were made after discussion improving the finished product, with no additional charge.. The next day a smaller crew finished the project but ran into some additional work due to large tree roots. The crew stayed and finished the project. Clean up was excellent, done to making sure everything was ok. The company provided the design as well. We were pleased with the design. Pricing was competitive. Throughout, we were kept informed and consulted on some occasions to make sure we were happy with the work.. I recommend this company . They do what they say and strive to please the customer.

They arrived on time, worked quickly and asked no questions. Was about as easy as you could ask.

After it rains, or even after we water the grass, we have some standing water on one side of our house. The water seeps slowly into the soil and it can be a soggy for 24-48 hours. We have lived here for only 4 months and we were concerned that constant moisture on one side of the house might cause some foundation issues. Ron arrived right on schedule and he quickly looked at our drainage situation. He said the drainage, while not perfect, was not all that bad. He made a few recommendations that we, ourselves, could do to fix the problem. He said he would be happy to do the work if we wanted him to, but he emphasized it really wasn't necessary. His honesty saved us both time and money, and we really appreciate Ron for being so honest. To improve the drainage, we are going to fill a little bit of sand into some low lying areas, then lay flat stone near the area by the pool pump, and then divert water from a downspout. If the situation gets worse we will call Ron and have him take another look. GREAT SERVICE AND HONESTY!

They were on time and with the large crew, the job was done by noon! The reworked two large flower beds and even cleaned up another bed that was not in the scope of work, because they had left over mulch. I love my new flower beds! The finished work was over and above what I expected, and I will use them again in the future.

We called Pinckard to provide an estimate for a potential retaining wall and soaker hose installation. In the end, they determined it was work that didn't need to be done, but the experience was wonderful. All communication was professional and friendly. The gentleman was punctual and explained everything well. I appreciate that instead of claiming we needed work just to get a paycheck, they were honest. In the future, we plan on some extensive landscaping work such as a patio and outdoor living and we will definitely use Pinckard. Thanks!

All of the moving parts in getting all of the above work done, in a matter of days rather than weeks, was perform timely and professionally. I was quite impressed.

Excellent job, Lon spent the time to quote the job properly and performed the work as scheduled. The yard showed no disturbance after the drain was installed, rained the very next day and the yard shows huge improvement on the way the water drains.
