Description of Work: Lon, Jaime and their crew did an incredibly good job. Better than I could have ever imagined. They took down several trees, took up old concrete, rocks, a stone planter and a small guest house, laid a beautiful flagstone patio and walkway, and created a small sitting bench too, new sod and cleaned up old landscaping. I've sent them before and after pictures for their website. In addition, I had a terrible flooding issue. They used my current pumps and drains but surrounded them with flagstone so they didn't continually fill up with dirt. They also slopped the yard so the water flowed better. I can't possibly list everything they did but I can tell you I couldn't be any happier. I was sad to see them leave. I enjoyed every member of their team and would highly recommend them. Though if you read Lon's reviews, they don't need my recommendation. I read through 13 pages of reviews and didn't see one negative remark. They are A+++++. thank you Pinckard Lanscaping!

Description of Work: Lon Pinckard and his patio guy Jaime were a pleasure to work with. They replaced two areas in our patio that formerly had trees in them with matching flagstone. Jaime's guys did a great job of blending the new stone into the existing patio and their post-job clean-up was the best of any contractor we have ever used. The start of the job was delayed about 3 weeks beyond Lon's original estimate, but it was definitely worth the wait. Lon kept us posted so we knew of the delay and could plan accordingly. Highly recommend them for patio work. Would definitely use them again.

We had previous estimates done on the back yard and every other company had said we could sod the entire area, including under two trees where it's 100% shade. Lon told us that sod wouldn't survive and suggested that we instead lay crushed rock in that area. It turned out to be an excellent idea, since the white stone created a beautiful contrast to the potted plants. We couldn't be happier with the job Lon and his crew did for us. They managed to get the entire job done in a single day, even if they did spend the last few minutes working in the dark! Once the crew was finished they cleaned up the entire area and removed all debris. Our new landscaping looks incredible and Lon did it all in less time and for less money than any other company. We've already recommended him to a number of friends.

+ -1 moreThis company installed our sprinkler system and we called them out to give us an estimate for installing a rock or stone tree ring around a large tree in our front yard. Both times, we have dealt directly with the owner, Lon Pinckard. We received our written estimate within days of requesting it. The estimate was more than we were willing to spend on a tree ring. Lon was willing to reduce it by $100, but it was still too far outside of our budget.
Description of Work: Estimate for installation of 31 foot diameter, 1 foot high rock planter (with concrete footing and rebar) around a large tree in our front yard.

+ -1 moreLon "the owner" came out on a rainy Saturday morning to give us an estimate on installing a sprinkler system to cover approximately 5000 square ft. of lawn. We hired Lon the following week and the sprinkler system was scheduled to be installed within 2 weeks. We did this in February to avoid the spring rush. The sprinkler installation was contracted out to another company, but Lon stopped by during the day to check on the progress. The installation was suppose to be completed in a day but actually took an additional half day. We have several large trees with deep roots that made the digging of the trenches very difficult. We are very happy with the work. A week after the sprinklers were installed our dogs opened a valve box and chewed through the wires. This was repaired within a few days, at no cost to us! We have had them come out an additional time to fix low water flow on one of our sprinklers.
Description of Work: Installation of 6 zone residential Rainbird sprinkler system with rain sensor. Three year warranty including parts and labor. The original estimate only included a 5 zone sprinkler system. During installation, they discovered the water level was too low and added an additional zone at no charge to us.
