A very capable and hard-working crew performed the work rapidly and with excellent results. They cleaned up after themselves and were courteous.

They did a wonderful job performing the requested service. We had to wait several weeks due to their booked schedule, but this wasn't a surprise as they are requested by so many residents due to their high quality work. It was a pleasure communicating and working with Lon (Pinckard's owner), and I felt comfortable with his quote due to the numerous reviews where Pinckard received A+ ratings. Pinckard's quote for my services came very close to other quotes I received. I decided to go with Pinckard because of the other numerous reviews stating his exceptional work and professionally reliable team. I felt like I could trust Lon with this service, he didn't disappoint. My yard looks amazing, and Lon and his team did a wonderful job.

Sandy drew up the design plan that was phenomenal! Sandy scheduled the work and she and her crew showed up on time and our front beds look absolutely stunning. She used as many of our existing plants as she could that fit in with her design. We could not be happier with the finished product.

Lon and his crew showed up early in the morning to start work on the drain. Made quick work of the job and were very professional in getting everything done in one day. I did ask them to come by a day later to install additional pipes and drains to allow further water from from other yard areas.

They were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were prompt, scheduled the work quickly and followed through. Sandy Rogers, Lon Pinckard and their crews did amazing work. We couldn't be happier with how our backyard looks. It is beautiful! We would highly recommend them and will use them again.

This is a wonderful company to deal with. I received a design within 48 hours and our work was scheduled for the following week. The team that arrived worked so well together and seemed to respect and like the company that they work for. They all worked together and finished the job quickly. Very well organized!

This company is amazing. Can't say enough good about them. The end result is gorgeous and just as importantly, the water drainage issue is solved! It was a huge job, abo 2k sq ft including bust-up of old patio. They were the only company that came to bid the job that were just as concerned about the proper engineering of the water flow as they were the overall look of the end project. Lon is very professional and holds to what he says and his crew his very efficient and extremely hard working. Well Done!

3 different companies came out to look at our yard. Based on general conversation with Lon and Angie's list, I felt most comfortable working with him. However to begin with we just started off by spending $300 on get Lon's landscape designer to come up with design for flower bed, based on which I got the overall quote for sod+flower bed work. After that we sat on the quote for few months, as we had to first get tree work done & were little shocked with the overall price tag. Initially we thought of saving some money by doing all the work. Basically we will buy all the material (sod, plants as per design) & getting our lawn mowing guys to install. However after some hard thought, we decided against doing on our own and rather go with some experienced company. So Lon, his designer Sandy and their crew came out few weeks back & got the job done in less than 3 days. The whole work process was very professionally organized. The work got done on schedule. The work area was left clean. And now our front-yard looks really nice. I can see front of my home! Thanks to Sandy for designing great flower bed & Lon+Crew for getting the work done properly. Now comes the hard part - me taking care of the yard, so that it stays looking good.

Rotted railways ties replaced with a stone wall, which looks amazing. Neighbors who share the wall thrilled both with the wall as well as the clean up. I would definitely use Pinckard again. Could not be happier.

They were very professional and did a great job. The wall looks nice. They made sure that we would not lose any more soil, and rain water would not wash our soil away. Our backyard looks new.

The whole process when extremely well. Communication was good too. I had originally wanted the patio off of the house. Lon Pinckard came out and surveyed the whole area - factoring elevation, shade, practicality, etc. He suggested putting the patio against the house. This meant I was going to lose my nice bed of Jasmine, but it was definitely the right call. Lon gave me an estimate right on the spot. It was lower than a couple of other places I contacted. Lon and his crew were on time and professional. The size of the patio is 17x18. They were able to install the patio in one day! The crew cleaned up everything very nicely. The Oklahoma flagstone patio is beautiful! I would highly recommend Pinckard Landscape Services for any of your landscape needs.

They did a good job. The price was a little more expensive, but the work was good.

Their landscape rep was very helpful and spent quite a bit of time talking to me about the work I wanted. She suggested that I might want to continue my search for someone as the scope of work I wanted would cost less than their required minimum. However, she spent time talking to me and offering very helpful suggestions and information that would be helpful and I greatly appreciated that. And, that's why I would recommend Pinkard. I was very pleased.

I found that many landscapers that I contacted to either be non responsive or slow to respond; however, Pinckard was one of the first to contact me even though it was only to tell me that he doesn't do work in my area. I appreciated the punctuality even though he knew he wasn't going to get work from usl

Lon was professional and courteous throughout the whole process. He gave solid start times and completed the job when he said the team would. And when they left there was no sign of the workers, just a beautiful new lawn!!! Thank you!!!

Everything from start to finish went extremely well. When I first called I was directed to a voicemail telling me that my call was important and that it would be returned in 24-48 hours. Less than 24 hours later Lon had returned my call and setup a time to come inspect the site. Lon gave me a description of what needed to be done to fix the drainage problem and was upfront about the price. No pressure tactics and even insisted that I get a few bids. Before Lon left the site I already had decided to use company. Lon informed me that he was very booked up to 4 weeks but he would give me a call. 4 weeks later Lon and his crew arrived at the site to install the drainage system. His crew finished in about a days work and left the yard better than before they started. Very impressed and will be using in the future. Refer to all!

Crew was on time and worked all day with minimal breaks. Due to recent rains, had to wait several weeks to start the job, but it was worth it. No more swampy yard! Plan to use Pinckard again for landscape design.

Job was great! The stone work turned out beautifully and I make a point of enjoying it every day. Lon and his crew are professional and efficient, and respectful of your property. Everyone is very easy to work with. The work was done in a timely fashion and clean-up was excellent. We had a few issues that surfaced and Lon was very responsive in providing feedback and solutions. All around they were an excellent crew and I would definitely re-hire!

We reached out to Pinckard last week due to the many positive reviews on Angie's List. Lon's voicemail stated that they are quite busy and might take up to 48 hours to reply, so we were patient, and he was good enough to call within that window. He asked for a description of the work, and I began to explain all that we are wanting to do (quite a bit!). Cutting me off in mid-sentence, Lon asked where we were located. I gave him the name and location of our neighborhood, with which he was familiar. We are located on the NE side of Fort Worth, not too far from the SH-121 / I-35W split. Lon then stated that this is out of his territory, and that he doesn't cover Fort Worth. I was baffled. Pinckard's Angie's List profile reads, "Pinckard Landscape Services of Fort Worth", and the company's own website mention "Fort Worth area" and "Dallas/Fort Worth". How misleading! I was so shocked that I just thanked him and hung up the phone. My requests are simple: Please listen and be courteous on the phone, and please don't misrepresent your service area. Thank you.

Was on time and did a great job. The crew cleaned up when the job was done and you would never know they had been there except for the beautiful new shrubs. Lon communicated and responded in a timely professional manner and had plenty of crew to get the job done in one day. Lon made additional suggestions for future landscape projects to consider. We had to wait a couple weeks for Lon to catch up from the rain delays in his schedule but that was understandable. The job looks great and will use him again. NO hesitation in Recommending him to anyone.

Lon was very professional and friendly. He was helpful and patient with us as we explored our options for the plan. The work was well-executed and done in a timely manner. Some of the St Augustine sod that was installed got a fungal disease and needed to be replace. Lon did this at no additional charge without any hassle. We were very satisfied with Pinckard Landscape and would not hesitate to recommend them.

They came up with a unique idea to solve a drainage issue we had been dealing with for years. A week after the installation we had huge rain storm and no problems with drainage!!! We are absolutely thrilled with their work!!!

Let me start off by saying, this is one of my first review I have ever given. That said, I cant think of a better company to give this to. I have dealt with several companies and contractors for various needs around my homes over the years and sadly, I have noticed the construction and home services industry has gotten increasingly worse with regards to customer service and quality of work. So when a company comes through and then goes above and beyond, it is like Christmas morning as a kid! Well, that is what Pinckard Landscaping was for me. We just moved into a home in late summer and you name the contractor and we had them here. One of the bigger projects we took on, was to install landscaping in our backyard after our pool was completed. In the process of our pool being built the back yard looked like a bomb had gone off. So the first thing we did was hire a company to do the sod, once that was done, we were going to install a retaining wall, with a large flower bed complete with all plants, flowers, shrubs and trees. The first company we hired was Xtreme Lawncare. They installed, and I use the word lightly, sod and I knew it wasn't right. I asked a few other people if they thought my sod was correct and the overwhelming answer was NO. At this point I was back to square one. That's when I found Pinckard Landscaping. Not only did they redo my sod PERFECTLY, but I gave them the rest of my business and it turned out beautiful. The next thing we needed was Christmas lighting, and sure enough, they do that as well. Needless to say, our house looked amazing for the holidays. Having said all of this, I want to lastly focus on the people at Pinckard Landscaping. Its one thing to be good at what you do, but it is also equally important how you treat people that you work with. This company is one of the few that I have dealt with that I felt like they actually cared how my project went and how we felt about it. So, given how great this company is, I have since hired them for my ongoing lawn service as well. Did I mention, they do everything? :)
