Molly Maid of Greater Fort Worth

Initially I was hesitant about having someone to come and clean our home, but we are planning on selling and needed a deep clean. After completing their "cleaning" the maids left, but upon me reviewing my home I noticed that they had not wiped down cabinet doors nor had they cleaned the blinds on a few of my windows. Most importantly, I noticed discoloration on my walls by the baseboards. I informed my husband and he contacted them only to be given the run around and then asked to send them pictures. They finally contacted my husband and told him that the maids only used a wet cloth to wipe down the baseboards and not a chemical even though I witnessed them spraying something on my baseboard. They then told my husband that if the paint in our house wasn't satin paint, then this wouldn't be a problem. So, essentially they blamed us for ruining our paint job and now I have to go behind them and fix their mistake! Do NOT use them!

I hired Molly Maids to clean my home. I specified that we had done some home construction and that I needed a deep cleaning. I wanted everything wiped down floor to cleaning to rid the house of construction dust. Although they were punctual and receptive, there were areas that were left untouched/not cleaned in my home. For example, the counter top in my laundry room still had dirt and leaves on it. Lamps, picture frames/mirrors and book shelves were still dusty. When I moved the side table next to my couch there were piles of dog hair. My counter top in my bar area was still covered in dust. I asked them to wipe down my six paneled doors and the majority remained dirty. My kitchen floor may have been wiped down but it was certainly not clean. I had to leave to retrieve a child from an activity and when I returned the maids were outside by their car and handed me a bill for almost $400. I feel taken and not happy with their performance whatsoever. I looked up their policy and it states that if a customer is not satisfied with the cleaning that they will send maids out during the next 24 hours--however, that did not work for our work/schooling schedule so I did not contact them. I will definitely never use them again. Their prices are outrageous and their cleaning is extremely poor. I was hoping for a sparkling, shining, clean home especially for $382. Not happy....

It was just fine. They did a good job.

They do very well. I like that they are always very punctual, and quick about cleaning my house.

Their service is an A. Their price is expensive. I would use them in the future.
