+ 13 moreKenneth Watkins came out to give me an estimate. We discussed in detail what needed to be done. He made appropriate suggestions. He understood I needed to stay within a budget for each job and he helped see that through. There were no surprises. I had an estimate within 2-3 days. We set a date. He was here on time every day, was careful about his tools/equipment, and cleaned up after each days work. Each job was completed in the estimated timeframe.
Description of Work: Master Bathroom Remodel: Removed carpet/linoleum, tack strips and prepped floor. Removed/reinstalled toliet with new wax ring. Installed tile and grouted floor. Installed reducers and tack carpet at doors. Demo'd old shower. Installed new green rock. Prepped shower pan. Installed tile with decorative border on shower walls, floor, end cap and grouted. Installed tile on tub surround. Installed separate tub and shower fixtures. Built shampoo insert. Sealed tile. May/2010 Remodeled full bathroom and 1/2 bath. Removed old carpet/linoleum. Installed hardy board on floor. Removed tile/sheetrock and installed new sheetrock and tile in tub/shower combo and tiled both floors. Removed/replaced toliets. Installed reducer at doors. Total cost - $2,950.00
