Andrew lived up to his multiple "A" ratings. He came over the same day I called for an estimate at my convenience (after work). He was very personable and knowledgeable. This is my first sprinkler system and he was very helpful answering my questions and concerns. I was happy with the estimate and scheduled the installation for a week later. It took a day and a half as he predicted and everything went very smoothly. I would highly recommend for installs or repairs.

Outstanding. I have used them for several years on my personal properties and I have referred them to dozens of clients. I have always received positive feedback on the services provided.

They installed an irrigation system at my neighbors which resulted in mud, dirt, and rocks ending up in my yard and covering my driveway and sidewalks. When the project was complete, they made sure to sweep and clean the sidewalks and driveway at my neighbors house, however didn't have the curiosity to clean my yard or driveway. I understand the machines they use can be create a mess, however I think that it was unprofessional to not clean up that mess they created on my property.

These guys were awesome. I thought I'd have to replace the whole system, but Andrew came out the day I called, checked the whole system and told me it was in good shape overall. That repairing where it was needed made much more sense. The day of the job, the guys arrived on time, did all the repairs, including rerouting part of the system in the back where it went under a big tree and was leaking, got done in a timely manner, and the place was neat when they left. They even kept working when it decided to rain on them. I'm very pleased with the results and I recommend them highly.

I called Andrew on Wednesday, he came out Thursday morning to give me a very reasonably priced quote, and the work was done by lunch. He and his crew were punctual, professional, and got the job done right. I will absolutely use them again as needs arise in the future.

He was right on time for our appointments, his crew started bright and early every day and did an excellent job. They cut a line for my AT&T and when I had AT &T come out the tec checked their work and said it was the first time he had followed behind a crew that had actually done the work properly. I highly recommend Andrew and his company.

So far it has worked. No flooding on that side of the house.

We love Enhanced Turf. Andrew, the owner, is always 100% responsive. Santiago and Jesus are the two gentlemen who came out today; they were awesome: efficient, friendly, helpful with suggestions, cheerful with teaching me how to operate the control box (for the second time!). We originally had Enhanced Turf come out and lay the 9 station sprinkler system. Andrew's estimate was in the middle of the price quotes, but because of Angies List recommendations, we went with him. We have recommended him to several our friends and everyone has been pleased with his work.

.Andrew's crew arrived exactly on time ( 7:30 am ) and after confirming what needed to be done, starting right to work. They explained in detail what they were doing and why. They located both valves that were defective and and replaced them. Andrew's crew were polite, cleaned up after the job was done and very efficient and professional! I would recommend Enhanced Turf to everyone who wanted the job done Right the first time. Very impressed with Andrew and his crew!!

My husband and I both liked Andrew Gray. We hired him to resolve drainage issues in our backyard. He was prompt in his service. His crew did not join the PVC pipes with sealant or glue and they used no laser or other technology to gauge the fall. The drain was worthless. It dropped to a low point in the yard and then rose to alley/easement. We had to hire another contractor off Angie's List, Stephen Mickey, to correct the problems. We sent an email to Andrew Gray asking to be reimbursed for the cost of the repair. Mickey Construction told us that Enhanced Turf and Drain had drastically overcharged for the work. We only asked for the return of a fraction of Andrew's fee to cover the repair work done by Mickey Construction. We never got even the courtesy of a reply. Do not hire these people. Hire Mickey Construction. They charge less and do quality work.

Santiago was the job supervisor. He was very efficient. Had all the replacement parts in his truck so he didn't have to leave and come back. He told me exactly what was needed and quickly made the repairs. Very important too, I had to take time off at work to be sure I was home when they came. Santiago was 20 minutes early. Amazing and much appreciated. I would definitely use these folks again!

We had a deck installed and had to have two of our sprinkler heads capped since the deck would cover them. I called Andrew and explained what was going on and asked when he could come out for a quote. Andrew gave me a quote over the phone. When I asked when he could get someone out to make the adjustment, he had them out the next day. The crew moved the sprinkler heads where we wanted and worked around the deck crew. Thanks for coming out so quickly and getting this taken care of.

They actually tested the sprinkler system and replaced sprinkler heads; however, it was their diagnostic skills that enabled me to get the assistance I also needed.

We were very pleased with the job he did on my mother in laws yard! They showed up when they said they would did a great job, and finished promptly. Apparently sprinkler work in NRH is not the easiest and there are many hoops to jump thru, but Andrew did it all, without extra fees, and ZERO complaining! We are thankful we found him!

Fantastic! * RESPONSE - Enhanced Turf responded to my request within an hour of sending an email, scheduling a visit for the next day * ARRIVAL - Arrived early, ready to go * SERVICE - listened patiently to my description of what was wrong, what I'd done to try to resolve; jumped right in, replacing the, primary offender sprinkler head in 5 minutes * ABOVE & BEYOND - asked if there was anything else I had concerns about; I showed another sprinkler head that was buried; again, jumped right in, dug it out, and replaced the 2nd head in 5 minutes * COST - over -the-phone quote was $90; came in at $65 * FUTURE - will be scheduling a sprinkler check-up in the fall * FINAL COMMENTS - Book ENHANCED TURF with confidence!

Andrew and his crew are the best! Andrew is very responsive by phone. When he came out to provide the estimate, he made it simple for me to make choices, which was important because I don't know much about plants. Before starting work, he provided me with a clear estimate. On the day the work was scheduled, Andrew and crew showed up on time and got to work. The results look amazing! The area in front of my house and around my pool has been transformed.

This is the second time to use this company. Very responsive, arrived on time, and kept me informed of all work being done. Very satisfied.

The crew arrived on time at around 9 AM as promised and began work without delay. They worked diligently until their lunch break and then started back to work with the same intensity as before. They finished by around 4PM, cleaned up the area and left me with a job well done! Andrew checked on the progress of the job a couple of times during the day

Andrew was great! He showed up to do estimate on the day he was scheduled. It must have rained 4" the day before and more rain this day but he showed up. Provided estimate and we moved forward. Almost 2 months and 30 inches of rain later the new lawn looks great! Andrew got my yard ready by killing out all of the old grass and then the rains began. The sod farms could not cut and I had a front yard of mud. Andrew kept in touch with me and was always honest about the situation. There was absolutely nothing that Andrew could do except keep me informed and he did exactly that. The grass and his guys showed up when he said they would and everything went well. I found Andrew to be honest and professional. He was not the low bid but I am glad I went with his company. I highly recommend Enhanced Turf to anyone in need of this service!

Andrew was very responsive and called me back quickly. He game me a quote on the day he promised it, and then laid the grass on the day he agreed.

Excellent communication from Andrew during the scheduling and follow-up processes. Santiago did a great job at identifying the main problem even with the challenges of an existing system that wasn't very logically laid out. He was professional, thorough and also very attentive at putting back the sod he had to remove to get at the problem. He showed up as promised, worked late and provided a smooth, no-fuss experience. Can't recommend Enhanced Turf enough. As a matter of fact, I just contacted Andrew again for help with a back yard drainage problem.

Showed the gentleman areas of grass dying. Discussed causes and possible ways to improve the areas. He replaced 12 sprinkler heads in the backyard, but none in the front yard. The serviceman was polite and helpful, but felt it was over priced.

Andrew (the owner of the company) came out and gave me a quote on a new sprinkler system and sod. He and his crew started the job on time as scheduled. Both were very professional and did a great job completing the install. After the install Andrew came back out and explained how to operate the sprinkler system and made sure all of the sprinkler heads were adjusted properly.
