They arrived on time and promptly began work. They finished the job a day earlier than expected. The estimated price was what I paid. There was no upselling or extras added on. The foreman on the job, Balantine, was excellent and personable as were the other workers. They did not mind our dogs being around as they worked. The job was done perfectly the first time. The crew was wonderful. Andrew (the owner) of the company came to show us how to work the system and answered all of our questions. He did not seem rushed and took all the time we wanted for him to answer all of our questions and show us the system. Thanks again!

I called Enhanced Turf Irrigation [ETI] on Monday and got an appt for Wednesday afternoon of the same week. Their appt was for 1:30PM. They were running late, but called to say they'd be late. I had spoken to a rep on Monday and asked what it would cost to replace a valve. Replacement of valve was my guess for repair needed because one zone failed to start at proper time in auto or manual mode. Other zones worked. $135 was answer. When ETI arrived they determined that it was indeed the valve. They didn't have an exact replacement on their truck and had to go to Home Depot to get one. They came back and replaced the valve. During testing, one sprinkler lost its head, and ETI repaired that without additional charge - a 5 minute repair. Final cost of $135. I could have done this repair myself, but didn't have time to do so, and I would have taken 3 times as long to do the same work - since I don't do that work all the time. I was happy to have the work finished by the time I returned home from work. System now back to working 100%. I intend to call ETI the next time I have an irrigation problem that is more serious than changing a head or a filter. RM

Sprinkler system would not run and so I called in for help. He initially thought it was a bad solenoid and so he replaced it but it turned out to be a short in a wire. Was very nice and worked quickly. Was patient with questions.

They were careful to contact DIG TESS to have the utilities marked before they trenched. They called before they cam and showed up on time. While the lead spoke somewhat broken english, I was able to communicate with them to answer several of my questions. The trenching was done with minimal disturbance ot my existing lawn. They completed the work that day and even added a couple of sprinkler heads that were not a part of the original quote. They cleaned up nicely. I am very satisfied with the work and the final result.

Andrew arrived a few minutes before our appointment time. I showed him where the control box was in the garage and he began checking each zone. He adjusted, repaired or replaced heads as necessary and job was complete within the hour (13 zones). Andrew was friendly, professional and courteous. I believe his service charges are fair.

Andrew and his crew did a great job. The estimate was done on the date promised and the job completed on the date promised. The best thing about Andrew is that he will actually answer his cell phone when you call him and not screen his calls after you leave a message. I find that to be rare now days especially with business calls. A few days after the installation I called Andrew to inform him that a small area of lawn next to the mail box was not being irrigated. Andrew came out within two days on a Saturday afternoon by himself and added an additional sprinkler head at no extra charge. A week later I discovered that his crew had accidently covered up a sprinkler that had been recessed to low next to the sidewalk. Around noon the following Sunday I noticed that the the sprinkler had been raised to the proper height. The repair was completed without my knowledge sometime between late afternoon Saturday and Sunday morning. Thanks Andrew for a job well done.

Andrew was awesome. He responded to my email within a few days. He said it would not be until the next week that he could come out. I prodded him hoping he could at least come by to take an intial look to diagnose. He then realized that he would be in the area on that Saturday (4 days from then) and so he came out on time. He spent about an hour looking it all over trying to figure out where the station was that controlled those two sets of heads. He then worked on the station for a while before figuring out the real problem. He said he could come back Wednesday and he did. It was overall a great experience. I paid him a little extra for getting on it so quickly.

I emailed from angies list to make an appt for an est Within an hour Andrew call to set the appt. for the following Saturday at 9:00. On Saturday he was right on time. He gave me est at the same time. I agreed to the price and he said he would call me back on Monday to set the date for the install. The guys showed up at 8:00 on the date and we great. They cleaned up after all the work and finish most of the work by 2:00. Due to the City they needed to finish the work on the following day and came after 5:00 so I did not need to miss work. Andrew called the following date to set a time to come by and show me the system. Great Job.

Andrew did a great job. He was completely reliable and I did not have to babysit him while he carried out the job. He was very trustworthy and delivered what he promised.

Andrew Gray and his crew were very organized. They finished the entire project in one day. They cleaned up after themselves as they went and hauled off rocks and refuse when they were finished. I would recommend them for anyone needing this service.

Andrew arrived on time, was very courteous, got the job done quickly and efficiently and did it for a lot less than I'd guessed it would cost. I'd definitely used Advanced Turf again!

I highly recommend this company. I really liked that he did the job while I was at work as many companies demand you be there so you miss a day of work.

Andrew called and stated he would be late by a few minutes. Not a big problem for me at all. Once there, Andrew went right to work on the sprinkler system and spent about 1.5 hours working on the lawn system. He explained what he was doing the entire time and provided recommendations to make my front lawn sprinkler system work more efficiently and more reliable. I took him up on his recommendations and he will be out to do some more work in a few weeks. Very pleased with his service and suggestions.

It cost $100 for the sprinkling system part and then it was another $110 for a different problem. It seems like he is pretty confident. We just had him do some limited stuff. The first time he came out he adjusted all the sprinkler heads, so we got better coverage from the sprinkler heads on our lawn. Then, we had a little bit of a communication problem and I am probably as much to blame for that as him. We had a broken valve on one of the zones and that zone wasn’t working, so we had to have him come back out and fix that also. Basically, he got it fixed and he got it working correctly. I have no idea if the prices he charged me were fair or not fair when you get in to sprinkler repair. I will use him in the future, but I think I would make things a little bit clearer so he will be crystal clear on what I want and I will be crystal clear on what he will do.

Service was speedy and professional

The contractors' workers arrived at the appointed time and went to work right away. They kept us informed of the progress of the work. They finished the job in just two days, and cleaned up the yard. The owner came out the day after the job was done and gave us instructions on how to program the sprinker control system, what settings to use for different seasons, and a maintenance check list. We also recieved copies of the inspection report and the plot plan they used to lay out the system. Very good professional installation.

Andrew is very skilled and his prices are fair. I'd also refer him for landscape lighting too but his normal gig is irrigation.

I sent a note to Enhanced Turf Irrigation and Andrew came right out. After some diagnosis, he quickly had the everything operational then replaced a number of heads. Andrew worked quickly and efficiently, and is a credit to his profession.

I had a leak at the spot where my main water line from the meter connects to my irrigation system. I tried to do the work myself. I dug the hole, found the leak, and bought the parts. However, I thought I might end up making matters worse, because I could get the T-joint disconnected. So, I called Andrew. He came out the next day and fixed my problem in about 10 minutes. It's a good thing he did, because I had the wrong parts anyway. He also helped me diagnose a problem with my sprinkler stations. I wanted do the work for that myself since it would be easy to do, and he gave me the part for it. Andrew was friendly, professional, and quick! I feel his pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely be calling him again if I have any more problems with my irrigation system.

I had a very satisfactory experience with this company. If you need sprinkler work, it is pretty expensive. This is not a reflection on this company by any means, just an overview for all companies.

I highly recommend them. I told Andrew I was going out of town and he maid it a point to get here and get the work done before I left. I will definitely use him again in the future.

My sprinkler was set to auto-complete by 7:00 AM. Thank God I needed to pick something up from home at lunch. It was off but to my disbelief water was running downhill from my house to everywhere North of me. It had overwhelmed the sidewalk and flooded my neighbors water meter area ( birds were using the impromptu bath). After calling the City to turn off the water I joined Angie's list to locate a reliable, reputable company to fix this on an emergency basis. Enhanced Turf Irrigation was the closest company to my home so they were my 1st call and I explained the situation. The owner was at my home at the time given and diagnosed the problem. My home has no cutoff switch to the sprinkler system so there was not a temporary fix that could be done on a 100 degree day. It was necessary for a full repair. Although they had to dig down to the pipes in two places to repair the break(s), they did so in a neat and orderly manner. They fixed the sprinkler, replaced the turf and restored my water supply! I'm a happy camper and will use this company for the future and highly recommend them. Thank you.

They were responsive. I called them up and set up an appointment. They were punctual in coming out. I called them as I felt they were knowledgeable. I did not use them, though. I would probably use them for repair of an existing irrigation system, but I am not sure if I would use them to have a new system installed.

Excellent job..first trip - came out and saw that the job needed a special repair. Scheduled to return a few days later. Had a delay returning but spoke with me the day before and we rescheduled to a time that would work for both of us. Showed a lot of professionalism - called as soon as they knew there would be a delay and insured I didn't waste any time. I like that a lot. Once the showed up the second time - had all the parts, brought two guys to work the job and they fixed the entire system in about 4 hours. Did a very good job.

We found them on Angie?s List and they had nothing but superior ratings. We spent about $450. For the work he did, it was a fair price. He replaced a couple of things that were fairly expensive. He was very thorough and he worked very quickly. He was very, very responsive and we will definitely use him again if we need the sprinkler repair. We don?t have a lot of prices to compare with but we found him to be reasonable. We were very pleased.
