Andrew was very responsive to every one of my concerns. He and his guys did great work from the start, but I had to have him out a few more times for various issues that I consider typical considering the scope of the job that I had done here and the number of subcontractors that were in and out of my yard during and after Andrew's irrigation installation. I was very careful when I selected a professional landscaper to handle my somewhat large project last fall. That landscaper, whom I was also happy with, hired Andrew's company as the irrigation subcontractor. I can see why. Like my landscaper, Andrew is attentive to the details, very responsive to my concerns, prompt, polite, and professional. He's also clearly an expert in his field! I did not pay Andrew directly, nor did I get a bid from him directly. The landscaper I hired paid him. The amount I listed above is the amount that was on my landscape bid for irrigation. I was under the impression that I would be getting a rain sensor with my installation, since one of my chief concerns was that I spent a lot of time out of town for work and did not want to overwater my new plants. However, a rain sensor was not originally installed and I DID overwater this spring with all the rain we had. I called Andrew out, almost 8 months after my original installation. He returned my call right away, even though I placed my call on the weekend, and he was out to my house in 2 days to do the work! I was very impressed and happy with that. In about 20 minutes time, Andrew installed the rain sensor, fixed the one large dry spot in one of my beds by raising a shrub head, fixed a very small area that got too much water by adjusting two other heads, and remounted the control panel on my garage wall so that it wouldn't teeter with each press of a button. He was professional, prompt, polite, and precise in all he did. Andrew's just the kind of guy I like to hire. He does great work, and on jobs that might need a little tweaking after the fact, like the large job he did here at my home, he offers excellent customer service with a smile. Thanks, Andrew!

Workers arrived on time and completed the project within two days (as promised). Andrew designed a system that covered every area of my lawn even areas that currently aren?t being utilized but could be in the future. Overall, price was much more competitive than other bids I got and the work was done in a timely manner. Very satisfied with the work done

We had just moved into a new home and the irrigation system was in need of some TLC. I found Andrew on the list and he came out for an estimate. He arrived on time and got right to work determining what zone was controlled by which controller. He diagnosed issues as we walked the house. I told him I wanted a simple controller that would handle all of the zones. He suggested a Hunter panel and I said that would be great. I asked him when they could start and he called his foreman and had them over and working within an hour. They worked for 5 hours that day and came back in the morning to finish up. Andrew came back to inspect their work and walk me through my new system. It was great doing business with Andrew and we will call him for any future irrigation needs.

Andrew arrived on time and got to work. He dug around the sprinkler box and realized the leak was at the input to the sprinkler box. He dug out a shrub and then dug a 3 feet hole and figured the source of the leak. The leak was located at the junction of the PVC pipe (supplying water to the sprinkler box) connected to the water main entering the house. He cut out the leaky pipe and replaced it with a new pipe. He then let the glue used to connect pipes dry for about 45 minutes and then turned the water main to the ON position. The leak was fixed, he then put the soil back in the ground and also planted the shrub back. He also replaced a broken sprinkler head in the yard. The entire job took about an hour and 10 minutes. This cost me $ 130 and he gave a $10 discount for being an Angie's list member. I will definitely use this company again for future sprinkler service.

I had several zones out of service, a broken pipe, and overdue maintenance work. Andrew showed on time. He went right to work and solved the broken ground wire problem quickly. Then he located the solenoids and buried sprinklers. He ran the system and checked for problems, fixing the issues. He was prompt, quick, and thorough. Cost was much better than quoted from Andy's. I would definitely use this company again.

When the crew arrived, the foreman went through how the sprinkler system works and which zones covered what. They got right to work. He touched base with me several times and we did a complete walk-through as they were winding things up. He added about 5 more heads to the estimate Andrew had made, and then when we walked through everything, I requested one more. That raised my total charge $95 over the original estimate, which seemed quite fair to me.

I originally picked Andrew of Enhanced Turf because a) i found him on Angie's list and b) he worked Saturdays. As it turned out I didn't need him for a Saturday - Friday worked out for both of us. We set a time. He called an hour earlier to let me know he would be 30-45 minutes late due to another situation. I said fine. Again, as it turned out - he was able to arrive during the original time frame. The fact that he kept me apprised of his schedule and communicated what was going on is a trait I highly value. He was polite, professional, friendly, and efficient. He discovered my damage was only a sprinkler head chopped up. He replace it, checked it, and was done in no time.

I had Andrew come out a year ago for a quote and due to money I had to put it off. I was able to save enough to have him come back out this year for another quote and was able to get it done. Now The crew arrived a little late due to rain the day before but even arriving late they were able to get the sprinkler installed. The crew was awesome to work with and they left my yard the way they found. Andrew stayed behind and explained the system to me and answered all my questions.

Responded punctually. Previous company came out many times yet we always had ongoing problems that never seemed to get fixed. Enhanced Turf got our system in good working order at a reasonable price.

I had a fantastic experience with Enhanced Turf and Andrew. I called Andrew on a Wednesday, has a written estimate within 2 days, scheduled the install within 2 weeks. It took 2.5 days to install, the team was very professional, cleaned up great, prompt and polite, no issues at all. I received 3 bids for my job...Andrew was the least expensive, but spent the most time answering questions, explaining parts, brands, zones. The other two bids took up to a week and were comparable and $1500 more with 11 zones. I would use Andrew and Enhanced Turf for any other irrigation systems and highly recommend them to everyone I know.

It was absolutely good. They showed up on time when they gave me the bid they showed up on the exact date and time they said they would show up for the work. They did work exactly as they wrote up in their estimate. He was completely professional and the workers worked really hard.

I called Andrew to provide an estimate for a sprinkler system and he was able to come out very soon after calling. He is very professional and has answered several questions promptly. The work is scheduled to be completed next week so I will provide additional information at that time.

Andrew was very friendly and customer service orientied. I had a broken sprinkler head and he was able to stop by, the same day. He also helped me figure out the sprinkler assignments, in my sprinkler system and ensured everything was up and running, before he left. Once again, Angie's List has provided me with a first class experience. As I read the reviews for the various lawn irrigation companies I was impressed with Andrew's reviews for Enhanced Turf. I called him and we agreed on a date and time for him to come out. He arrived at exactly the time we agreed upon. We discussed the problem once again and he immediately set out to complete the work. How guys like Andrew can look at a yard where virtually everything is below the surface and quickly determine where the problem originates is beyond me. After about two hours Andrew had found the broken wire and had the station running again. He had also inspected all of the stations and raised four leads for future serviceability. To be honest, I was worried that the fix was going to cost and arm and a leg. I did not ask for an estimate up front and felt like I could trust Angie's List to keep folks honest. My assumption had always been that it was fairly expensive to have sprinkler systems repaired. I was wrong. I was more than happy to write a check for a mere $180 to have my system back in running order. The work was done right and done quickly. I HIGHLY recommend Andrew and Enhanced Turf, Inc.

They did such a great job and made any adjustments that I requested along the way without complaint. They handle all the city inspections, etc. It was great to have someone do a job and not have to worry about if it's going to be done according to your expectations. I would use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and someone you can trust. The other thing that really impressed me is when they provided the estimate for the sprinkler system, they didn't go all out. They just gave me what I would need, nothing more, nothing less.

Great response, wonderful crew, work done as per my request, completed on time, everything cleaned up perfectly, overall excellent service and wonderful job. When Andrew came back the next day to show me how to work the system he took the time to go down the street to my friend's house to assess an issue he has had for about 2 years. Andrew's assessment was spot on, he advised him on what he needed to do to fix the issue (that it was NOT a sprinker issue) unlike the other companies that have said they could fix it thousands of dollars later to no avail ...in other words he was honest. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!

Andrew was, without doubt, the most extraordinary landscape person we have ever dealt with. He is honest, precise, trustworthy, and punctual. His price was fair, and the product, excellent. His team worked hard- without stopping- for four and 1/2 days. They were careful about our existing plants, and cleaned up after themselves. They had to hand dig most of the job, as the machine was too large for most of the areas. Andrew deserves an A++++ and five gold stars... we cannot say enough good things about him!

I called Andrew to look at 2 broken pipes, 1 broken head and a mushy spot in the lawn, thinking he would come and provide an estimate then return later to do the work, and also thinking I was in for an expensive repair because of the broken pipes. He was able to come out within several days of my call and arrived on time. He ended up doing all the work then, quickly and at a great price. In addition, I asked him about turning off some heads and about some wiring; instead of trying to make an extra buck he told me how I could easily fix the issues myself within minutes - something I really appreciated. I will definitely call him again for any sprinkler work, and will also recommend him to all my neighbors!

Trucks and sprinklers near the driveway just don't get along....Enhanced Turf came to the rescue!!! The pipe had broken from the stress of being run over so many times but it was fixed in a jiffy (a flex line was put in to alleviate the stress when the truck runs over it again) Since I played the tap game with sprinkers that wanted to remain at attention after they finished their job, I had him replace 19 sprinker heads in hopes that this year they will rest when not in use....Thank you so much Enhanced Turf, you've got my business and recommendations!!

Andrew was spot on the time he quoted me, even a few minutes early. I was impressed. He was friendly, professional and even showed me how to add a rain sensor if I wanted to do it myself or he could do it either way. His pricing was very fair and felt like I was not price-gouged. He also gave me a quote for replacing our irrigation control valve system as the standing water has rusted the lever off. He could send someone to my house within the next two hours once I got the okay. Very easy to work with. I plan on sharing his name and number with our Home Owners' Association.
