Enhanced Turf Inc

We had called a couple of other irrigation specialists from Angies list (one didn't get back to us, and two others wouldn't come to our home to give us a free estimate) before we called Andrew at Enhanced Turf. i left a message, and got a call right back. You can imagine my surprise when Andrew said he could come over that same afternoon and give me a free estimate for the job. It took him all of 15 minutes to come up with an estimate, describing what the job would entail. The start date would be two weeks away, which worked for us, and I called him back that evening to accept the offer. His crew of 3, sometimes 4, came early the arranged morning, and had their work cut out for them. It hadn't rained for a month, so the ground was hard, there were lots of tree and shrub roots, plus a lot of plumbing left in the ground from the 25 year old irrigation system still in the ground. It was supposed to be a two day job, but by noon of the second day, Bedford got over two inches of rain, so a third day was needed to complete the project. There were times, especially after the heavy rain, that the yard looked like a disaster area and we were wondering if we had done the right thing, but by the time they were finished, there were parts of the grass that actually looked better than before they started. Turf was brought in to cover the larger areas of digging, and all flowers and plants were put back nicely where they had been moved for the digging. Andrew checked on the job often, and was easily reached via his cell phone when I had questions. He went through all seven stations with me, ensuring I knew how to program and adjust the system as necessary, ensured the coverage was correct, and did a few last minute changes per my request. In summary, we were very pleased with all aspects of doing business with Andrew Gray and Enhanced Turf, Inc.

He arrived on time, knew what he was doing, made assessment of existing sprinkler systems. He manually activated each zone since controller was broken. He then gave me a quote and I agreed. He started right away, replaced controller and then checked each zone. Repaired one broken and raised one that was too low. He checked that each head was adjusted correctly. He then showed me how the controller worked and we set it up, including the water days for the city.

now!Andy answered the questions that I had regarding my sprinkler system and gave advice on how to maximize the system. He arrived 20 minutes before the scheduled appointment time (a rarity)! Very knowledgeable young man with integrity. The service call was $85.00 and the replacement sprinkler heads were additional. I am a new customer and am happy to have my system working properly

We couldn't be happier with the new sprinkler system that we now have! After 20 years of my husband dragging around garden hoses, he is elated about how easy it is now to have a green lawn! "I love my sprinkler system!" is what he said recently! We are completely satisfied with the plan and work that Andrew and his crew provided. They were polite and considerate while doing the job. Andrew came and assessed the problem and gave us an estimate. After talking over our options, we called to schedule and he was able to get us in within a week. The guys who came to make the repairs were on time and friendly. They went straight to work and got the entire system up and running in a matter of hours. We were concerned that we would have to start from scratch with the new home purchase, but Andrew let us know up front that he wouldn't be replacing everything unnecessarily. We will definitely be calling him for any future work we have.

I called and left a message on Monday afternoon. Andrew called me back 30 minutes later and was able to come out the same day to fix it. The repair took no more than 20 minutes. Andrew was very nice and efficient. I know why this company gets such great reviews on Angie's List. I wish I had called Andrew sooner!

Andrew returned my call the same day and we scheduled a complete system check (16 zones) for the Tuesday after Labor Day. He arrived on time as agreed and tested every zone, making adjustments as necessary and replacing heads and rotors where needed. Very nice young man, very professional. Completed the work in less than two hours and system works better than it has in years.Price was very reasonable as I was expecting to pay much more. Will definately use this company in the future.

Great company. Andy was easy to schedule an appointment with and he came out very promptly to give me an estimate on the full system. He walked me through where and why he would install each different sprinkler head and was able to give me a diagram and estimate in about 15 minutes. I accepted his proposal and was able to schedule installation within the next few weeks. Installation took a day and a half and his crew answered ALL the questions I had (since this was the first time I've installed or owned a sprinkler system). Andy came out to walk me through how to use the system the next day and made some minor adjustments while answering my rapid fire questions. Great job! Thanks Andy.

Andrew showed up on time and made all the repairs in less than an hour. His services were well worth the cost.

It feels great when you can write a good review. Andrew's crew did an A+ job. He came on time, quoted reasonably, was in good communication . Th crew came on time, did extremely clean work, made the neighbors happy and cleaned up after. The work itself was excellent and I felt good about paying him. I would recommend him to friends in the future.

His crew came out early on 10 July and started work immediately. The owner budgeted 2 days to do the work and had extra crew on hand so the job was completed in one day. After completion the owner came out and checked the work and made sure the heads were adjusted correctly. He also made sure I understood how to work the control panel for the system, how to program it and make adjustments to the heads if needed. All in all a very good job!!

When I discovered that three of four sprinkler circuits were not working I called Andrew around noon and left a message. Around 3:30 he called back and said he could be there in 20 minutes. He and his crew showed up as promised, spent about 45 minutes to analyze the problem and find and repair the connection (not that easy since all the valves are buried), and I was back in business. Couldn't ask for much more.

Andrew arrived on time and was very professional. He performed the work right on the spot. He came back a couple of weeks later and installed one more sprinkler head and moved another. He did a great job and went overboard to make sure everything was right. It was definitely worth the money and I would highly recommend Enhanced Turf to everyone.

Replaced 3 sprinkler heads, cleaned 2 & said those two did not need replacing. Returned my call the same day. Arrived on time.

Andrew was very prompt. He was also very cost efficient. I called him back this morning because I thought we had another leak. He called me back within an hour and then he was here within 15 minutes of when he called me back. It wasn't a leak but he made some adjustments and fixed the problem. I have been very happy with him. I've already told my neighbors!

I spoke to the owner, Andrew Gray, on the phone. I described what I needed done, and he said it would probably take 1 hour to 1.5 hours at $85 per hour. I was surprised when Andrew was the one who came out, and he was actually early. He did a thorough check of my sprinkler system, adjusted the spray pattern of a few valves, replaced a couple of valves, and programmed the rain sensor (which I had rewired after the previous sprinkler contractor wired it incorrectly and never returned to fix it). Andrew finished the work in less than an hour, and then deducted $10 for the Angie's List coupon. My total bill was only $55. I was thoroughly impressed with Andrew. He was very honest and professional, and I would definitely recommend him and use him again.

Andrew arrived on time as we discussed. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about my system. He repaired a leak on one of heads and checked all of the others. He also replaced 2 nozzles. I would definitely recommend his service and will use in the future.

They arrived on time and had all the necessary permits to begin work. The work was completed in good time and the site was left clean and well prepared. They were very professional.

I thought that the end product was good. I had no problems with them at all. They did great job. Andrew, the company owner, was good to deal with. They came out when they said that they would and finished the job in a timely manner.

Took Andrew about 15 minutes to figure out what was broken and what was needed to make sprinklers as good or better than they were before and give me a estimate . His crew came out and in no time had half my 1/3 acre backyard dug up and exposed ever thing that was broken or not working. Found water main line and routed everything around pool so that anything under the pool was no longer a problem .They had to rewire part of the control heads and change some of the feeder lines but all was done in less than a 1/2 a day. My pool nightmare was over that quick. I would hire Andrew and his great crew for all water sprinkler work large or small .

I recommended them and gave some of their cards to my daughter and my neighbor.

Andrew and his team were great! They were punctual, thorough, and he answered all of our questions. We had a lot of additional clarification questions and requests and he handled those well.
