Elvera is currently our agent and offered One Guard Home Warranty. We were skeptical because we wanted to secure as much profit as possible for the sale of our home. Elvera encouraged us to really think about purchasing the warranty as she had positive experiences herself. After considering we reluctantly purchased the coverage and we are so glad we did. She was quite patient with us and provided all types of housing inventory to review. She was extremely professional and represented our interests to get us the best price on the property we purchased. Elvera helped us buy our home in Grapevine 3 years ago and recently helped us sell it in 2 days and purchase another home in Colleyville. Wow! There really are no words to explain this gem of a real estate agent! I contacted several Realtors when I first decided to buy a house, and Elvera stood out from the rest from the very first phone conversation. I was a first time homebuyer and I was pretty uninformed. I could tell right away that not only was Elvera extremely experienced, but she cared very much about helping people, not just about completing a transaction. She answered all my questions (even the ones I didn't know to ask) and guided me through every step with meticulous care. After a while, I started to wonder if every real estate agent out there was this thorough and on top of things. I called my parents and several friends who had purchased homes, and they all were blown away when I explained the details of what she did. We looked at several houses, and one of the ones she found based on my selections was perfect! She stayed up most of the night and put an offer on it that very next day because the sellers had several offers within three days of putting the house on the market! They chose mine, again, due in large part to Elvera's expert advice. And that's when the real work began. Elvera stayed in touch with me every step of the way with daily emails and phone calls to let me know what she was doing on my behalf and to make sure I didn't forget to do anything on my end. If I didn't know better, I would have thought I was her only client at the time, but I know for a fact that she had several others she was working with. I'm not sure when she sleeps!(The mortgage company and loan officer she recommended were also top-notch, by the way.) She came when I had the house inspected and asked questions and went over the entire inspection report with a fine-toothed comb. Then she helped me decide which repairs to ask for from the sellers. They balked at some, but she was relentless. After each repair was made, Elvera went out there (even if I couldn't!) to inspect them herself and make sure they were up to par. If they weren't, she went back (with my permission) and demanded that they be corrected. In the end, I got everything we asked for! Unbelievable. I know it never would have happened without Elvera's tenacity. There's so much more I cannot put into one report, but suffice it to say you would be hard-pressed to find another real estate agent out there who will work as hard to get you a great deal, whether you're buying or selling. I could not possibly recommend her more. I've never received such outstanding service from anyone in ANY industry as Elvera Rose with Texas Dreams Real Estate.
