+ -1 moreMy other investment property needed a big overhaul to get it to move and I realized that. Mario and Kellie helped me with flooring options, paint colors and style for the home. Again, the place looked amazing. When I need them again in the future, I will not hesitate to call them again. They were efficient in their work and spot on with the advice. It took a little longer to move this property but I still ended up getting the price I wanted and still had multiple offers.

+ -1 moreI used Mario for a couple of investment properties so I am posting separate entries for each one. My first property was vacated and I had limited furniture to make the home look appealing. Mario and Kellie came in and took the reins because I wanted to get a good price but was lost. Together they put together the home and made the place looked great. I had 7 offers in 3 days, several that were over list price and I ended up with a great deal on the property. They did an absolutely great job.

+ -1 moreKelly did a great job staging our house, it looked like a model home. The way she arranged and decorated the rooms make it easier for the buyers to see how the rooms could be used. Used Kelly's staging services was a good "investment".
