He was very punctual and right on time. He assessed the interior curtain installation situation and quickly advised of the repair/reset needed. He acted friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Repaired the problems and gave me a very fair price,,,on the merits of my service call. I was pleased and would recommend him highly.

Jeff is very responsive and courteous. He had good communication with us from ordering to installation. We ordered quality blinds for our bedrooms, family room, and breakfast nook. Because of the custom sizing, it took a few weeks to get the products in. When some of the blinds came in, he came over to get those installed, and then once the remainder of the blinds came in he was prompt with installation for the remainder. We also did experience a small problem with one of the string/cord on the manual blind but Jeff came out quickly to take a look. When he could not fix it he ordered another blind immediately with no additional cost to us because of the warranty. We will use him again for our window needs. The blinds are very high quality and look great with the existing window treatments. We are glad we ordered from Budget Blinds Flower Mound.

Jeff was very responsive and helpful. He came out to our new home while it was under construction and educated us between the various types of blinds. Jeff made recommendations based on our budget and our style. He took the time to measure each of our windows and provided us with a reasonable quote. On the day of install, he was prompt and quickly installed our new blinds. He cleaned-up after himself and took all the boxes with him. Jeff even worked around our painters, movers, and delivery guys. He was very flexible and accommodating. Overall, Jeff was great to work with and we were able to have our blinds in the day after closing.

They did a great job. We are very happy with our blinds. It was a very prompt service. We purchased the blinds from them. The estimator showed us samples at our house. Scheduling was easy and the installer showed on time. They were perfect.

The shutters look great. They were a little expensive. They replaced the shutters in the family room, kitchen, and the study room. It did take quite a while for the shutters to be installed. It took about 5 weeks from the measurements to the installation since they were custom made. It came out really nice. Jeff was very polite and professional. It was worth the price I paid.

I had them to my home. The estimator came on time with different samples and did the measurement. I just decided to go with a different company.

They are great. They call to let me know they are going to be on time. The installer did a great job with the installation of the blinds since some were pretty high off the ground and up the stairs. The estimator came out, did all of the measurements. I already knew what I wanted and they delivered. They do quality work and the stand by it. My dog did some damage and the blinds were under guarantee and were replaced with no problems. I would use no one else for blind work.
