Description of Work: One person came to clean my house. She was due at 10am but got misdirected along the way so she was a few minutes late. But, to her credibility, she called at 9:50am and indicated that she was lost and would be a few minutes late. She was scheduled to clean for 4 hours but stayed almost 6 in order to complete the job. She was thorough and careful with all our collectibles. At this point, we plan to use her again. We were very pleased with Aurora Cleaning and highly recommend them.
