He showed up on time and he was very respectful. He did a great job.

The employees who did the installation work didn't drag feet, they got right to work and stayed at it until the job was completed. They cleaned up and hauled-off the old materials afterward. The owner came by afterward and looked over the work inside and out. I am very pleased with the service.

Kevin came at the time that we agreed on. Was very courteous. Explained what he was doing. Checked every thing out , said every thing was clean and found the capacitor was not working to it's full output. Changed it , and found it helped some. Then said the only thing to check on was the Freon. It was down, added some and now it is working. they are so knowledgeable and fair and great that we decided to get a service contract. Kevin called me within 5 minutes of me making a request on Home Advisor. He was very courteous and professional, but easy to speak with and friendly. His price was very reasonable, and he was able to look at my issue the next day. The problem was fixed within hours of him going to the house. I highly recommend Kevin and True temp AC and Heating!

Kevin is very customer oriented. He's prompt, very honest & upfront about what needs to be done, possible costs, etc. Also, as a single woman with no one to help, I appreciated & loved the fact that he was willing to come to my home to check out the unit. He then took it & had it back to me in a few short hours so that I was not without air. Anyone else would have had it for days. Thanks, Kevin & Chris for all your wonderful work and I will always be calling on you for my air conditioning work!

I wanna give a big thank you to Kevin@Tru Temp Air Conditioning and Heating! After being without a/c in my main room for 2 days & making calls to ppl in this area I got no response. Therefore, I had to seek help else where & came across Tru Temp located in the Silsbee area. These 2 gentleman went above & beyond their job description to help me get a window unit today so I wouldn't smother LoL. I had no way to pick this unit up they volunteered to pick it up for me once I told them where I purchased it from, called to give them the store & location, picked the unit up, came installed it and cleaned up their.

Quality service in a timely manner

Showed up on time, serviced my window AC unit in a short time and had it back up and working as it should. Greats guys to do business with. Will call them for all my AC needs! Recommend them to everyone!
