It all started with HomeAdvisor. As soon as I listed the concern, Liz, from True Temp called. She was polite and assured me that it would be taken care of. The AC repairman (Kevin) called the same day we made an appt. He was a God send. He checked out everything, found the problem, made suggestions for future reference, and solved the AC problem, which could have been a plumbing problem. Now, I just need a minor fix. I was overjoyed with tears. He understood exactly what to do. The secice call and receipt were sent to me immediately. Great Businesa! God Bless you True Temp ACH.

He responded within 5 minutes of the request on a Sunday! Came out the next day. Then ordered a replacement motor and came out the next day and completed job within a couple of hours. All has worked well since. He even canceled the initial service call fee when hired. Will use again if needed

Not only were they professional and on time I hired them right back when had problems with other house. Kevin has become family.
