Tri-Supply - Beaumont

Worst customer service I have ever received. So far it's been over 11 weeks since the hood was ordered and still can't get an answer as to when it will arrive. Tri Supply is blaming it on Vent a Hood but they aren't doing anything to help the process along. The salesman doesn't return phone calls but is great at apologizing. The items are overpriced and service doesn't match the inflated prices. After going in to order stove and hood they require payment to start the order. We wrote them a check for $13000.00 that day and that is the last of the service we received. Then they had the nerve to charge $35.00 for delivery. Are you kidding? We bought $2700.00 of products from Lowe's FREE DELIVERY $2200.00 of products from Best Buy FREE DELIVERY. Manager said that was a charge put in to cover gas costs. I guess Lowe's and Best Buy delivery trucks run on air. Save yourselves heartache and aggravation and do your shopping somewhere else.

They offer the best prices for wood trim. They also have good close out prices. The people who work their are very helpful and knowledgeable. They have a good selection.
