+ -1 moreWhen the workers came out, they said that cat litter was everywhere and they couldn’t clean the apartment because it would damage their equipment. I have my own vacuum and offered to use it before they started cleaning. Once they saw the litter they basically just up and left without even inspecting the rest of my apartment. I called the manager and they sided with the workers. They were not willing to do the service that I was willing to pay for. I would not recommend them.
Description of Work: I called the manger was going to send some workers out to inspect my apartment. I told them that I had cats and they said it wouldn’t be a problem. They did say they do not deal with cat litter, but all I needed done was apartment cleaning.

+ -1 moreElite cleaned our home bi-weekly while my wife was recovering from surgery. Three ladies took about 1 1/2 hours to thoroughly clean one bedroom, 2 baths, den and kitchen. They were fast and efficient and friendly. They arrived on time and worked around my wife and I and two dogs with no problem.

Description of Work: Excellent quality and service. I called and spoke with MaryBeth and she quickly set up an appointment to come view the house for an estimate. She came in and gave me a quote the very same day. We were able to discuss what cleaning arrangements would be best for me. We set up our initial cleaning and she called to remind me the day before and the day of to give me the appropriate time frame to expect. She introduced me to the 2 women that would be cleaning and they were absolutely wonderful. A perfect match for me and my family. I look forward to using their services again. Thanks again.

+ -1 moreWe bought a used house. Previous owners kept the house fairly clean . But I guess when they are moving stuff from the house Movers shoes and all the places where there was furniture left a fine dust., and all the base boards had fine dust too. Before we move into the house I wanted detailed cleaning done. They accommodated me in very short notice. Overall they did excellent job. Since I came from a big city I felt price is little high. but quality of the work is also good.

+ -1 moreThe house smells so great when I come home on a cleaning day! They do a great job. Towers is VERY accomadating when we have to change dates (rarely required). They usually show up later than stated, but I know this now and it's not a problem. I can only imagine how difficult it is to predict how long each house is going to take then travel time (we live in Mid County). They are my cleaning angels!
Description of Work: They come and clean my 2800 sq ft house every other week and love them. They are very professional and even put up with 2 of dogs in crates while they are cleaning.
