Description of Work: Only difficulty we have is in scheduling technicians visits. Office does not understand "NO TUESDAYS". We always have to reschedule once they send us the date for technician to come. Our technician is very professional, knowledgeable and considerate.

+ -1 moreThey give you a warranty if termites should cause any damage then they are liable. They are a very good company and I?ve always been pleased with them. They provide me peace of mind.
Description of Work: I have a yearly contract with Terminix. They service two houses for me. They put out termite baits all over the yard and then they provide services for three years. They check all around the outside of the house for termite activity and then they pull up all of the bait stations, 18 of them, and look to see if there has been any activity on them and if there has been then they replace it with a brand new bait station.

+ -1 moreThey do great work. We have an annual contract with them. If we see bugs in the house in the 3 months, they will come and spray and they don't charge for that. The price is good. The people are real friendly when they come. We've been with them for a while and they are good.
Description of Work: They come every 3 months. They spray the outside around the house and in the yard. If there are any bugs in the house, they will come in and spray. If we don't see any bugs, they don't come in.

+ -1 moreWe had the same guy to coming out to do the exterminating and we have been using him for years. They do a good job. When we have an issue, they come out and check it for us. We will use them again in the future.

+ -1 moreThey offered us a service plan where they come in and do a treatment around your house that is supposed to last for two to three years. It is an expensive little treatment and they didn't really tell us that you needed to pay the monthly warranty to keep up with it. When they verbally told us that, we just stopped using them. It just really wasn't disclosed well.

+ -1 moreTheir manager is really good. I did have a scheduling problem with a regular technician. He said he was coming at a certain time, but he did not show up. I filed a formal complaint with the manager, and he took care of that. I was a little frustrated because I was not able to get a real answer why the person did not show up at all. It just did not make sense to me. The time he did come out, I would ask him to do some things that he normally used to do, but I think he was kind of ticked at with me, he said “by contract I can not do that”, that kind of standoffish attitude because I complained about them. My overall experience with them has been good because they did try to right the wrong which is the most important thing.
Description of Work: We use the pest control services of Terminix in Beaumont. They come out quarterly for exterior treatments.

Description of Work: I have a yearly contract with Terminix International for pest control. He does quarterly spraying on the exterior of the house and the garage, which has been affected from ants, roaches and critters like that.

+ -1 moreI cannot stand them. I would like to switch. I have been in my house for 25 years, and when we bought the house, it had termite protection. We continued the termite protection. We got termites, and it was horrible. They were terrible to work with. Their service is money thrown away every year. I am going to drop their service. They will send about two notices a month to renew my service months before I need to.

Description of Work: There were termites swarming our neighborhood in June 2010. There were attracted to our outside lights which are wired to stay on all night and would swarm the entire carport. I was concerned that they would infect the house and called Terminix to come out and inspect and treat the home to be sure it wasn't infected. There were no signs of infestation, but I treated the home as a precaution. Teminix was very professional and did the job quickly, I haven't seen any signs of termites since. They also came back this May 2011 to re-check and found no infestation. As long as you pay every year they will guarantee their service. I am very happy with my choice of exterminators.
