I haven't had my house professionally cleaned in years, so there was a lot to do. Yolanda came to assess the job, gave me a great quote, and was willing to start whenever I was ready. She made me feel very comfortable. When it was time to clean, Yolanda and her Daughter came in and were so friendly and professional. The house looked like night and day. They are coming back to give it some finishing touches, so I can't wait. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Ms. Peterson has been a joy to work with and has been very kind to my elderly father, whose house Superior cleaned. The work was done on schedule at a reasonable price. We will be arranging future services to keep his house in order.

My elderly dad had a health event and upon his release from the hospital I wanted him to come home to a clean house. His home needed a lot of attention and Yolanda and team were responsive to the need. She was thorough and efficient and even revisited a couple areas that needed a second look. The house looks sooooo much better and my dad was VERY happy with it!

Needed a deep housecleaning due to 3 dogs and lots of fur, etc. Owner of house unable to clean for quite awhile, so lots of dust and cobwebs, too. They worked hard and did a great job.

Rachel and I love the job Yolanda did for us. We had tenants in our Beaumont house who were incredibly filthy and left the house absolutely disgusting. Yolanda came in and made it look brand new. You can’t go wrong with Superior Cleaning!

I paid $325 for 3 hours for deep cleaning on a 3750 square foot house. You figure it out. I would post pictures if I could.

Yolanda came out and gave me a bid. She was very friendly and professional. Explained everything that would be done. There are certain cleaning supplies that I like to be used and she was very accommodating. Very pleased with deep cleaning. Will definitely hire again!

Yolanda is very methodical and thorough! Everything done as I instructed her to do. There was a lot to do in the big pantry, would have liked the things on the top of the kitchen counter put into the pantry as well, but I am very pleased with her hard work! 😆 As I said what work Yolanda did was excellent!!!! She wiped every shelf & methodically put everything in its place. That takes time! She mopped the floors as well!

Very well; inspected job, was clear about expectations, made competitive bid. First cleaning was outstanding and look forward to consistent and scheduled future cleanings.

She showed up with unprofessional attitude and wasn’t prepared for the job. I paid her half the money upfront and she left without finishing the job. Pick another company… not this one

HORRIBLE customer service! She took my money and ran! Conduct, processes, and policies are sub-par and trash customer service. Please Please Please do yourself a favor and scroll on to the next. I ended up spending more money fixing the issue.

Yolanda did a fantastic job! Everything was clean and organized when I got home from work after she had cleaned. Everything smelled great, and she left no area I cleaned. She even tidied up anything left out of place and put away all the dishes left in the dishwasher. I highly recommend her for any cleaning job!

Yolanda did such an amazing job cleaning for my apartment move out. When she called for a quote, I told her how desperate I was for help the next day because I hurt my back, she said she would get to it first thing in the morning and that is exactly what she did. She got right to work and even offered to help carry things down three flights of stairs because she knew I was in pain. Her prices are unbeatable and she earned every bit of her tip. I left her to clean while I ran errands and she even sent pictures of the apartment so that I could make a case for my deposit if necessary. She was a blessing to me in a time of need and I will absolutely be using her in the future. Quality cleaning, fair pricing, and so kind.
