 + -1 moreIt went pretty well. It was good. We didn't pay for the good smelling stuff but they used some deodorizer and it went well.

 + -1 moreStanley Steemer is a big company and I think that the experiience that people have depends on who shows up to do the work that you order--- the scheduling is impersonal and the people that schedule are not in Texas. Stanley Steemer is a big company and I think that the experience that people have depends on the technicians who show up to do the work that the homeowner has requested. Stanley Steemer is a big company and my satisfaction depended on the technicians who showed up to do that work.
Description of Work: I did not use the provider because I could not get a firm price from the technician-- I had requested a certain amount of work to be done when I called on the phone but when the technician arrived, I wanted to add extra work --- it was such a hassle to work out a price with the technician that I just cancelled the job and told the technician to leave.

Description of Work: We had 30 years and several hurricanes worth of dust and mold in a 1948 built house. They cleaned and gave us tips of how to keep them clean and how to fix ceiling damage that they didn't cover as well as to out foil tape around the base of the vent to prevent air leakage. Very are very pleased and would have used the carpet cleaning except we are getting new carpet.

 + -1 moreI would not call them again. They did not stay for very long and they did not do that thorough of a job. The carpet was not even that clean when they left. I definitely did not get my money's worth.
