+ -1 moreOverall, it was handled efficiently and professionally. Thus far, no problems and the flooring looks nice. It was financed using their 6 months no interest financing and was completed with no problems, just make sure to note the ending date for the promotional financing to make sure that you don't go past the end date. I definitely would do business with them again.
Description of Work: Entry hall floor leveled and tile flooring installed. The tile itself was very reasonably priced, the most expensive part was the labor involved, but that included Porter's leveling the floor after the old terazzo flooring had been chipped out by foundation contractors during foundation work done on the house and then Porter's installing the new tile floor. Everything was done in a timely manner. It took several days to complete due to the drying period required for the floor leveling and to allow the tile to dry prior to installation of the grouting, but that was as expected.

+ -1 moreI had good luck with them and I have used them ever since. I went in several times to see what would look best. They came out and gave me an estimate. They also will come out anytime to check or check the floor. I have never had any problems with them and I have used them several times. I would not go anywhere else because of the guarantee and the quality of work. I have used them three times and will use them again.
