The process went well. the estimate was given, not the cheapest nor most expensive. Scheduled and done as agreed upon. Crew was professional and efficient. They left no trace of their work, very tidy.

They provided a free estimate and checked the house. They said everything looked good. I was happy with their advice because in the past I had someone try to sell me on repair I didn't need. They seem to be a very reputable company in the area. They were able to come out the same day I called and provided a thorough walk through.

It's uncommon for a house over 20 years old to NOT have a cracked foundation in Beaumont, so we weren't surprised when it happened to our 30 year old home. Fortunately we caught it before there was too much cosmetic damage. I asked around town, checked with the BBB, and settled on National Foundation to begin our bid process. My husband was so pleased with the professionalism of the owner that we decided not to get other bids. He came out to measure and assess our damage only a few days after my initial phone call and we received a bid in the mail a few days after that. We accepted and they began work within a few weeks. They actually came a little earlier than promised, which was nice. The first trip was to remove the bushes, dig the holes, and pour concrete. I was disappointed in the mess they left behind, but my husband reminded me that they were only half through. Also, when removing the bushes, they pulled a gutter downspout away from the house and left pretty bad ruts in the yard. They came back a week later to finish the job. Because we were receiving some rain due to a hurricane in south Texas, they had to come back the next day. They completed the job pretty quickly and cleaned up much better than before, filing the ruts with sand and cleaning up the mud left behind. They did a good job matching the texture of the patio. It's not perfect, but it could have been much worse. The patio is at least 20 years old, so I'm sure it was difficult to match. My only complaint was that the workers left their soda bottles behind and they didn't remove the bushes, but rather left them on the curb. Overall though, I was quite pleased. They performed the work to my expectations in the time frame agreed and reduced our bill to account for the damaged gutter.
