Description of Work: I called and scheduled someone to come out to help us with our irrigation system but they never came out. I called back a few times and left messages. One day I called and spoke to an actual person who told me that they had someone they could send that day. He came out and was very nice but needed his supervisor to give me a quote for the work that needed to be done. No one ever came out or returned any of my phone calls after that.

 + 0 moreProvider performed services as promised. Crew were hard working and you could tell they had numerous years of experience in installing these types of systems. I would recommend them. The only disappointment is that I have requested on at least 3 different occasions that the owner, John Flocke, provide me with an "as built" sketch of what he installed and as of 3 months past the installation date I have not received it.
Description of Work: Installed a yard irrigation system in my front yard and flower beds. System consisted of piping, numerous sprinkler heads, back-flow preventer, electronic control panel, and automatic rain shut-off monitor.

 + -1 moreThe owner John is very laid back. A little slow to respond. After placing order it took a couple of weeks to get on the schedule but we agreed to the wait. When they came to do the job they did it quickly and did a beautiful job. They had to dig trenches all over the yard but after they finished we could hardly tell they had been there. Excellent job. System works very well. We had a couple of questions after the install and John was very helpful.

 + -1 moreThe irrigation team is great. I will call them up and tell them I'll leave the pink flag on the area that is broken. I can come back a few hours later and they will leave a tag saying they fixed it. They also came and hung the lights and the tent for the wedding we had. They are very good.
