Handy House Cleaning

It did not 50 minutes before they were supposed to arrive they called and canceled and rescheduled for two days later for the same time. We had told them that’s unacceptable because we were to sell on Saturday the day before their reschedule time. We could understand rescheduling but when it’s just 15 minutes before the time are supposed to be there when we had booked them three days prior not giving us time to find someone else to help.

1st day girl texted an hour &1/2 late to say she was sick. She sent her sister but had to pay her cash. The next week after being 45 minutes late she texted me she had a blowout. I canceled contact and asked for a refund. That’s where we stand.

Courteous staff, prompt and professional. JNB Services exceeded expectations. Our home looks great and smells delicious! I highly recommend them.

It went very well and I was thoroughly satisfied with the work and the efficiency in which the job was completed. And the cleaner was super friendly.

Did not go. I cancelled the appointment after learning that one of your pros would not be doing the work, but instead someone else you found. Please refund what I paid.

It went great! He did a FANTASTIC job, and even cleaned up after himself as he had to drill in to brick. I was a little concerned whether they would find someone in our area, because the TV was too large and too heavy for my husband and I to do the job ourselves. The online info did say only one person would show up but he brought a helper. Thank Goodness! We were totally pleased with the work.
