Generator SuperCenter of Beaumont

My experience with this company has been extremely frustrating. The salesman promised that choosing them over local electric companies would be beneficial because they specialize in generator repairs. He emphasized that this focus would ensure better service, especially when repairs were needed. Unfortunately, after the sale, I realized this was not the case. Initially, I was told I could handle my own maintenance to save money. But once the sale was complete, I was informed that service would only be available for emergencies if I signed up for their maintenance plan. When my generator failed to switch the power to the house during an outage, I was told it would cost $220 for a call if the generator was not under warranty ?despite the generator being under 4 years old and under warranty. They charged me anyway. To make things worse, the response time was abysmal. The first call took a week to get scheduled, despite multiple follow-ups on my end. The second time, I was promised a call

Professional install from plumbing to electrical to the unit itself. Power went off three times in one day recently; each time the unit came on within seconds. Phone app tells whatâ s going on: handy when not home. So far, Iâ m a happy guy!

Kind of expensive, but need it just in case

They were knowledgeable and professional. They called in advance to see if it was convenient for me. They answered all my questions and walked me through the operation of my generator. I like that generators is all they do. If you have heart issues you go to a heart specialist not a general practitioner.
