It went very well. I do not recall the price, but they are typically steep.

They have been around in that kind of work. They did a kind of flossy job. The repair was definitely okay but they left some stuff in my house. The actual work was okay. It was the dirt and stuff that they left that I did not like. There was no problem in what they needed to fix in the plumbing.

Came out the same day and cleared the line of a wash cloth of all things. Was very polite and courteous. Price was a little high but couldn't have had better service

Came out within an hour and cleared the line in less than thirty minutes. Was very helpful and nice. The price is a little high but was offset by a coupon they sent out a couple of weeks ago. I asked if this could have been done when they were out a week ago, but this was in a different part of the line.

I called them on 6/3/13 and set up an appointment to get a quote on running a pipe test for the gas company for a home I just purchased. They didn't show up on the first scheduled day and we scheduled for the next day and asked for them to call me when they were headed that way so I could meet them. It took them almost an hour to get there and when the tech did get there. He sat in his van for 15 minutes on the phone while I waited and watched him from the porch. He finally decided he had to get out in the heat away from his air conditioned van and put his work shirt on. After a few minutes of walking through the house he told me I had to get a new flange put on the water heater, might have to replace the almost new water heater since it has been sitting for over a year, repipe gas through the attic to stove and heating unit and water heater to code and cut sheet rock. After all this he delivered the quote for $4100.00. I asked him if that sounded high but he said it was on the lower end. I asked if it would be cheaper for me to just get an electrican to run a line for an electric stove and get an electric water heater he said he didn't know but it would probably be around 7k to even try it. He also said I needed another electric line for the dryer but he must have not looked hard enough because there was already a plug for it. Overall, I felt they were very unprofessional because of the tardiness and overlooking major things in the house that would cause them to do extra unneccesary work.

Had a problem on Saturday morning, I called and they answered the phone immediately. Arrived with an hour. Overall, we were very satisfied. They were very friendly and professional. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

They did a very good job. I thought the price was outrageous. It was unbelievably outrageous. I called and tried to get their hourly rate, thinking that it wouldn't cost much. They said it depends on the job. When they gave the estimate, I nearly flipped. You have to pay $40 for the estimate if you don't use them. I had to be without the sink for a couple of days already, so I went ahead and let them do the job. The guy was here less than three hours. However, he did a very good job. He was very professional and everything, but I would never, ever, ever call them again. I have no complaints about the job itself, but I am upset that they wouldn't give me any idea about the price.

Came home. Both toilets wouldn't flush. Tried plunging with no success. Opened plumbing clean out and found no flow. Knew immediately there was a main sewer blockage. Called 3 other companies answering service. 2 never called nack. 1 said no service after hours in Beaumont. Conner plumbing not only called back, but was at my home in 30 minutes. Robb diagnosed the problem and made temporary repairs to get us through the next several days.
