Great job.

Very professional scheduler/dispatcher. Serviceman arrived as scheduled. Performed work and left. Later in the day I noticed white spots on floor and coffee/end tables next to items to be cleaned. I contacted the office and explained my concerns. She scheduled the rep to come back out and clean up the areas in question. Apparently the cleaning solution is sprayed on to the fabric and then vacuumed out. Serviceman did not move furniture away from coffee table or end tables thus resulting in the cleaning agent getting on them. After the 2nd visit, I was pleased with the results. Furniture looked great and smelled refresh. About a month later when I pulled the couch away from the wall, I found a line of white (as well as drip lines) residue on my wall. I was able to clean the residue off with a damp rag. Also, when doing my monthly deep cleaning of my furniture, I found residual residue on legs and other decorative items. I would use them again, however, I would make sure that you remove decorative items AWAY from furniture to be cleaned... or you will be cleaning their white cleaning product off everything in its range.

Chem-Dry's great. He responded quickly, very efficient and he's a very nice man.

They came and cleaned the carpets within 24 hours of the phone call. They did an excellent job of getting the areas cleaned. I also had them steam clean all the tile, which looks like new, after they finished. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

The carpet cleaning service has been good.On one occasion I had to ask them to lift up the furniture in the living /family room. In the recent visit the person who came was new so the measurements he took of the area were very different from the previous person's.so the estimate for cleaning was way higher than normal.Luckily I had a copy of my previous bill so I called up the main office and they agreed to accept the same measurements as the previous bill.generally the people are prompt,professional and courteous. the only downside ,I guess would be that they do not run any amazing specials even for regular customers.

I contacted them online and they contacted me the next day. They were punctual.
