 + -1 moreThe main reason I didn't go with them is because their warranty was just okay not as good as other companies. Labor was a lot less than others. There were also a couple pages of terms and conditions which if any of them happen, the customer would be responsible. You must sign to get service done.

 + -1 moreThey do what they said they were going to do. They come check our unit to make sure everything is working. I had a couple of thermostats that lightning strikes on them and they replaced them without any charge. The whole system has a 10 year warranty on it so it's probably a part of the warranty. I think it's a fair price.
Description of Work: They come out on a regular basis twice a year. They change the filter and they check the air conditioner to make sure it's running efficiently. They also check the heater to make sure it's working properly.
