The install Electrician Bennie was very professional and did a great job. However, When I called in asking for someone to quote an elderly friend. Aaron one of the partners had a rushed, rude snobbish tone and said basically hang up and tell them to call him! When I ask him an oil filter question, he told me to call his even-ruder Tech Raymond about my service question. Raymond tried to talk down on me before I could finish my oil filter question. I felt like they got my money and now they are through with me! I was totally surprised after purchasing a $12,000 unit.

After getting a bid from a franchise, looked on Angies List and found A and A Electric. They were very professional and went above and beyond what we expected. Workers were porfessional and helpful and saved us thousands over the bid from the franchise. They will be our eclectrical company of choice from now on. I can't say enough about how much we appreciate a company like A and A Electric. They dealt mostly with my wife, which can be a challenge, but she was so happy that they were the comapny we chose.

The electrician who came out to diagnose my power surge problem arrived before the appointed time. He listened as I explained what was going on then began his work. He thouroghly checked everything from the power meter, outside the house, before looking at the circuit breaker box. After a cursory look he was a bit baffled that nothing showed there was a problem. He then dug deeper and disovered I had a bad main circuit breaker which had been burning and in time could have caused a fire. He explained what needed to be done and said I'd be contacted the same afternoon with an estimate and the job would take between 4 and 5 hours. I was indeed called with the estimate and we made an appointment for him to come back and replace the circuit breaker box the following Friday. Once again he was a few minutes early and ready to go to work immediately. He finished in about four and a half hours and the price was what I was quoted with no surprises. I will definitely call Aand A Electric Company if I need electrical work again.

Our brand new ceiling fan refused to run, so we called the Hunter Fan Company, which advised us to hired an electrician before returning the fan. Aand A sent someone out that day, and the young man re-hung the fan I had boxed up, tested all connections and found no electrical irregularities. Without being asked, he offered to rewire the 3-way switch for us, and then charged for a house call with no labor cost. We exchanged the fan remote receiver, re-re-hung the fan, and wholla!: moving air.

They came out two different times and each time it was $300. It was great service. They came out pretty quick and they were real thorough with what they did. They didn't have to come back out.

Excellent
