Excellent job. They worked in very tight attic space and did the job quickly and efficiently. I had 2nd sacrificial anodes installed at $200 each per water heater to extend the warranty from 6 years to 10 years. This is the 3rd time I've used Young Plumbing and they always do a good job at reasonable prices.

I've used Young Plumbing (Baytown, TX) twice in the past before I had them replace my two 40 gal water heaters in July. They have always done an excellent job at reasonable prices. I recommend them without any reservations. James

I had a problem with my tap and it wouldn't turn on. I explained to him what the problem was and requested that he puts something in that would make it easy for me to turn it on and off. I was going to pay him for the service. He however never acknowledged that I don't want the same type of faucet, rather he took the old one out and put back the same type of faucet. I needed a new faucet, but I also wanted a certain type. He had no people skills if I can put it like that. I would ask him and he would maybe grunt. If he couldn't have done what I asked him to do, all he had to do was communicate, like, "Lady we can't do that".

and scratched up my bathtub and cut out two large holes in my Sheetrock and would not fix any of the damage.

The servicemen arrived promptly with tools in hand. They were very polite and professional. The cost was reasonable in comparison to the other bid we received. I will certainly use Young Plumbing if I have plumbing problems in the future.

The company is great I work outside the USA and things go wrong when I am gone. I can trust this company to get this job done correct and give a fair price when I am not even in town. I have never had an issue.

It was a factory recall and we got the part for free but we had to hire someone to replace the part. That is why we called Young plumbing and they did a good job. They were familiar with the doing the process the worker who did it was good and had advanced knowledge as well. The price was reasonable also.

We were charged the company's call out rate, $75.00, for the initial contact when they hit the reset button. I was told to let them know if any problems continued. When the reset button continued to pop off, we contacted them again 5 days later and they came without charging the call out rate, and replaced both the upper and lower thermostats on the unit for $30.20. I was ready to purchase a new water heater, but they did not see the need for it.
