Cedar fence around front yard 9 out of 15 4x4 post split and cracks of 15 " long or more. Gate was falling off and couldn't open at times, gate attached to house very poorly, worker came back today said our brick was week?? (This method to attach was discussed when we got estimate) his fix knocked out chunck of brick he put piece of 2x4 on top if post then longer 2x4 upright to brace it all on top of that wedged under eve ogf house total gerry rigged it on top of damage to house. We were told that's all they would do total crap job looks trashy now...

Unfortunately, I didn't have the best experience with this company. They built a lot of fences for me on a 4-acre property, and for the most part, they are OK. There are some gaps between pickets and a gate, and several of the gate latches don't work well. When the job was nearly finished, Victor claimed they put in more fencing that than quoted and raised the price. If that was the case, the error was on their side with calculating the materials needed, as I provided very detailed descriptions, drawings, and measurements of where the fencing was to go. Additionally, they threw trash all over my property, including concrete bags, lunch trash, a pizza box, water bottles, soda cans, etc., even though I had a trash can out there for them to use. Their contract was a mess, I think because of a language barrier. He verbally told me there was a one-year warrant, but that was nowhere in the contract when he sent it to me to sign. It stated they would clean up and haul away all trash when the job was complete, but they did not. I withheld a portion of the final payment and asked them to return to get the trash. They sent someone and took most of the trash, but some remained, including bags of ruined concrete they left in the rain. I had asked them to leave the scrap wood and wire for me, and they did the first time, but they took it when they came back to clean up. It was a very frustrating experience because they were very responsive and helpful in the beginning.

It was fantastic. They did good job. They have a reasonable price.
