Very knowledgable bought my pool there, personal service regarding maintenance

I got a quote from Plan-It Recreation for $4500. We went over to their place. We paid down half for the pool with the promise that they're going to get back with the plan. We called them back a week ago and they still haven't called us back. We are kind of in a holding type right now. We are waiting to hear back from them. I called and talked to a lady there. I think she is the owner. She is really nice and very helpful, very informative. I'm really impressed with her. She gave me all the information upfront. Their website looks really good. I can see what the pool exactly looks like. Then, we went out and looked at the pool in person in town. We were impressed. We liked everybody. They were very helpful and informative. We're having a problem right now with them getting back to us. I guess their communication isn't good. We're kind of upset about it. We would have appreciated it if they have called us back.

Plan-It Recreation is great. This particular lady was helpful on everything. I really liked Terry. She went above and beyond with my concerns. Her company does not install the pools. They have an outside company that installs the pools. What I did not like is that I had to go through the other company with my problems. However, Terry would come out to house with a smile on her face and help us with our pool.
