They were very nice folks. They got the job done.

Arrived as scheduled, took approximately 6 hours by one worker to install garage door. Professional installation with working electric opener. The installer was courteous, did a good job installing the door and cleaning up after installation of garage door and opener.

Garage door at lease property had been damaged by a vehicle backing into it. To repair we had to replace the door.

They did excellent work and for less than I expected to pay.

Went quite well overall. Initially, when Garage Door was damaged, I called up Henderson Doors after consulting Angie's List. They came to inspect and recommended a temporary fix followed by renewal. I agreed. After temporary fix, I was shown a catalogue of Garage Doors to choose from, along with options. I selected one which best suited my needs. A date of installation was agreed. On the day of installation, the entire work was done by one person. This employee was very professional and had a cheerful disposition. It was impressive to see that he could do all the heavy work himself. He cleaned up all debris material before leaving. The cost was as per agreement and I paid by check. New Garage Door has been functioning without problems to date.

Everything was perfect and I have recommended him to other friends already. He did a great job and even took less time than he said initially. Great work!

They were out the same day and did an excellent job.

I couldn't have him here as soon as I wanted. He really knew what he was doing. He was efficient and very neat, but he was not cheap. I would recommend him to others.

John Henderson researched a particular garage door I had picked out. When that "glass" garage door proved to be cost prohibitive he helped me design a custom "glass" garage door to resemble the preferred door, for half of the original's cost. He made an extra trip to my home to show me glass samples and to drive around my neighborhood looking at other garage doors. In the end I decided on a more traditional, "pratical", garage door but I was so impressed with John's willingness to provide me with the "perfect" garage door for my home; his level of customer service, attention to detail, competive pricng and professional installation service, I can absolutely recommend Henderson Garage Door for traditional garage doors or even a unique, custom garage door.

The garge door opener wasn''t working. Somebody told my wife it needed a new battery. I replaced the battery and it still didn't work. Henderson said to bring it in for testing. I did and they checked it out and pronounced it in good working order but also said it might need reprogramming and explained how to do that. I took it home and tried what they said. It seems to have worked fine.

They came out only hours after I called, gave me a quick estimate, and performed the work well. Technician swept garage after he finished.

Very good. Owner is reachable by phone and gave a very good and detailed estimate over the phone. He understands the technical details of hurricane rated doors and local building codes. Crew was a little late (when is any contractor on time these days??) but they finished quickly.

Henderson Garage Door Service did a good job installing my electric garage door. I have not had any problems to speak of, just little things and normal stuff. They did give me a quote and were able to install everything right here on the spot. They also gave me a warranty. They were very polite and professional. They did show up on time and did the work quickly.

THEY CAME OUT THE SAME DAY, AND INSTALLED THE NEW SPRINGS ON THE GARAGE DOOR. IT DIDN'T TAKE THEM LONG AT ALL.

THE GUY CAME OUT TO GIVE ME A ESTIMATE, AND THE NEXT DAY CAME OUT AND DID THE WORK. HE DID A GOOD JOB.

I NEEDED A NEW GARAGE DOOR. I CALLED HENDERSONS TO FIND OUT THE PRICE OF A NEW DOOR. THE PRICE WITH LABOR AND WARRANTY WAS GOOD. THE JOB TOOK LESS THAN A COUPLE OF HOURS AND MY DOOR IS STILL WORKING GREAT.
