 + -1 moreCool Maxx has been my service company for years but recently my annual maintenance of my 2 units and mini split resulted in a giant mess due to drain lines blown out without sinks being covered or warning. As a result the sink was also left so clogged that I had to arrange for a plumber. The mini split drain line was not serviced and 1 month later backed up and draining inside down my wall. I was not charged as they knew it was their fault and left the cleanup and plumber arrangements to me. Save yourself a headache and look elsewhere.
