+ -1 moreI called Bay Temperature Control and they said well you had someone else work on it so we can no longer be responsible. I came to find out that they never even got a permit and therefore, no inspection was done. I demanded the inspection to be done as it should have been. They then went and got a permit. I called about the permit and was told that this company has not filed any permits in a very long time. Now you know that in their line of work they would have to be filing many so that means none of their work is inspected as it should. I was in the process of filing a complaint with the State Licensing Board when the inspection was finally done. We also found that two or three things were in violation of code.
Description of Work: Bay Temperature Control installed a new furnace in our home. Our home is 3400 square feet. They did remove our old system. At the time of installation, I thought everything was fine. When it came time for a maintenance check under warranty they wanted to charge me $30. I decided to have another company come here and they advised me that the installation was not done properly to meet our city s code.
