Same Day service, offered to look at gate latch that was broken by the mowers. Fence was installed by Bay Area Fence about 2-1/2 years ago. Eric came over yesterday afternoon and saw that it was broken and replaced it for free. This kind of service you rarely see these days. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! And they did a terrific job installing our fence at a reasonable price. Will always use Bay Area Fence.

It went very well, arrived on time and started to work, remove a couple of large gates that had fallen apart and installed 1 - 6' walk threw gate. The crew had left the gate cooked, but I called in and next morning it was repaired. I was not at home when repair to gate was done and owner came back to see me again the next day and make sure everything was correct to my satisfaction

It all went very well, They were not the lowest price company, but their quality of materials used and their workmanship was in my view well worth the extra cost. I found Bay Area Fence Company to be very professional and you got the feeling right away that they really cared about you and the service they were going to provide. I found them very easy to work with and willing to do the little extra things a customer may request during the project at either no cost if they incurred no additional cost or as reasonable as possible. The crew they sent to do my fence were very professional as well as friendly and just like the company, were also willing to do little extra things to insure I was pleased with the finished product. I have a great deal of landscaping in my yard which I'm sure made the project at times difficult, but you could tell when the project was finished that they took great care to disrupt my plants and shrubs as little as possible even though it made their job more difficult. Let me make this clear, this is a real company, not just a couple of guys who decided one day to build fences, and as such they provide a certain amount of assurance and dependability that comes with that. I would give them one bit of advice however and that is there are quite a few things that separate these guys from their competition, such as a much higher quality of materials, crews who have many years of experience in not only building fences but also working with this company so they understand and have adopted themselves the values of customer service and quality of workmanship that Bay Area Fence provides, they are insured and licensed and guarantee their work, and when you call with a question or concern, a real (helpful) person answers the phone! So my advice to them would be to insure they communicate this to their customer up front, do a better job of informing the prospective customer up front what they can expect from Bay Area Fence, because in my experience with these guys, it's not puffing, it's the truth.. Good company to go with and good group of people to work with.

Eric and his team do great work! I obtained many quotes and Eric won our business due to his customer service and promptness. He was able to meet us in advance of our home construction being completed to measure and review our ideas. Eric is also great with design and helped us decide on what is now a beautiful layout for our property. All of the workers that were ever at our home were polite and kept the work site very clean at all times. Our project took a week to complete and they worked hard day after day in 100 degree heat. We have absolutely no complaints. I will always refer to Eric and his team at Bay Area for my future needs and to others as well.

I contacted the them and spoke with the secretary and advised my location she said she would have a salesman call me. I didn't get a phone call until the next day and when I advised lived in laporte, TX they said that is to far for them. Even though their website and angies list says they do? ??

Looked great for two months, now it has huge waves in three spots. When Don was managing the day to day business, he was great. Did great work and would always call you back. Eric, the new manager won't return repeated phone calls or emails. We have more fence work to be done but why would we use them now?

Not well. By far they were super expensive and they claimed they would leave the quote for us in the mail box or email and haven't received anything. Will continue to shop around.

I purchased fence from: Bay Area Fence Co. 7419 N Hwy 146 Baytown, Texas 77523 Everything went perfectly from the first contact I had with Eric Raggio all the way till the job was finished. Eric was very helpful in the advice he gave me as to the best way to do my fencing in the back yard and also in the front. ( I already had a pre-existing wood privacy fence up that we had to work with) Being that I was putting up the new fencing inside of the wood fence to separate my two large dogs in the back yard and in the front to keep them from having access to the street if they happened to run out of the front door. The new fence connected to my older wood fence in front yard. Our front door area is very close to the street and there is allot of traffic. He also helped me to choose the best materials for the job which I greatly appreciated. The entire job was done very well and accomplished quickly. It was no problem for Eric to add in doing the front yard when I called and asked him if they could go ahead and add that last minute bright idea to the project. The crew were polite and worked very hard to get the job done as quickly as possible. I know this because I watched them from the window as they worked. Agreed on price and signed contract. Showed up within a week and set posts one day and was back and had fence finished 3 days later.

Payed half down payment then waited for them to start and had to nudge them to get prompt service. They performed well and the quality of the fence was excellent . They could have communicated better.

Bay Area Fence answered my call right away and followed up with an estimate. Their prices were quite good and they explained how different wood needs to be treated to keep it from rotting. The fencing was scheduled as soon as the materials were available and the work crew was on time. They unloaded a post hole digger, the wood, posts and other tools. They then dug the holes, poured the concrete, placed the posts in the concrete, waited for it to set and then started building the fence. They were quick, did a great job and cleaned up all the mess. They left the yard in tiptop shape.

IT TOOK LONGER THAN I EXPECTED BECAUSE OF THE BAD WEATHER THAT WE HAD, BUT THE FENCE TURNED OUT VERY NICE.
