It went very well. When asked how long the project would take Rich told us 2 months. Construction began on the first day installing a shower, toilet and sink in the basement ( desperately needed while the other bathrooms were being completely remodeled) and was completed with a punch list two months later ( perfectly on time). The bathrooms are amazing. Rich worked out a design that would make the small space we had feel large and beautiful. The design created two full baths out of a bath and a half, by commandeering a bedroom closet and three feet of an adjacent bedroom. We also gained an upstairs laundry by redesigning a bedroom closet to hold an apartment sized washer and dryer. He was attentive to every phone call and text message we made. This type of remodel is extremely challenging for any family ( dog included) living in a construction zone. Rich was always positive and reassuring. His foreman Bern and young journeyman Steve were very personable as well as professional. The quality of the carpentry (walls were moved) and tiling were top notch. They even found ways to save a much needed hall linen closet as well as creating a perfect storage closet in the laundry area. The plumber who was subcontracted was also very professional. He was efficient and timely. When we were told that they would be there- they were. The electrician who was subcontracted left some areas not completed which held up the final inspection. Our new bathrooms are such a pleasure. They are beautiful and have added to our comfort as well as the value of our home.
