Next Stop Moving & Storage

Horrible experience. This is not an honest company. They quoted very low and then completely sitched the costs after 2nd salesperson interaction. First salesperson, completely lied about everything, including stating that company is veteran staffed and all workers are direct employees fully insured and uniformed. NONE of that was the case. The delivery was a day and a half late causing the need for hotel and lost days off work. MANY items were broken and some missing (believed stolen). Follow up and communication was awful after payment was made. The driver lied about missing items being missing when indeed they were on the truck but completely destroyed, items were missing from the same item. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Read the small print in your paperwork! Cost us $1000 extra fees on day of move!

Efficient, helpful, nice work with competitive prices. They made my relocation very easy and I'm grateful for them. They arrived on time, managed everything beautifully, loaded every box with .great care, I definitely plan on referring them to my friends and using them in the future if I need.

These guys are pros, plus they offered the best price out of 4 movers that I checked. This was my first time using them and the best moving experience ever. They consider the needs of ours carefully and thoroughly with transparent pricing! I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

These guys are crooks. They raised their rates after we signed an agreement. They raised it another $500 when our furniture was on their truck. They demanded payment in cash which was a hardship as commissioned the move from Seattle to California and we were not at the receiving end. They played bate and switch at every step in the process.

We had a great experience from start to finish with Micheal and his team. On time, very friendly, and respectful people. We just watched these guys work with such professionalism. Booking with the company is very easy and theyâ re always on time and ready as planned. I would highly recommend them and plan to use them again for our next move.

Next Stop movers are a moving company of its own kind. These people are not only unique but also very efficient. I have been able to supervise their work and I must admit it that they do it with all their heart. They get it done like professionals. What delighted me even more was the fact that the job was done in a very short time. I appreciate them and would like to book them again.

The recommended movers were best. This move turned out to be one of the most successful moves I have ever gone through. Everything was perfect and I cannot really remember myself picking any quarrels with members of the moving crew. Instead, we even talked more and became friends. I appreciate their efforts. They are highly recommended.

I provided them with a list of items I would be moving to include size and that some items were heavy. I was not told that Next Stop was a broker and that a different company would be handling the move. They also forgot to mention that I would be charged an additional fee for all packing materials used by the movers. The movers informed me that Next Stop listed 500 cubic feet and I had more than that and would be charged according. The cost was $3,000 more than was quoted. The company that did the move did an excellent job, were efficient, and swift. I have had 24 years of moving with the military so I know how packing should go and how a good company works.

I moved to small apartment of 2 rooms from large house. They are highly qualified and well mannered. Showed great respect towards my family. They are professional. They didnâ t ask for extra money at the end of move. They deserve this reviews because of great commitment without any doubt.

Everything was smooth and efficient from start to finish. No drama. As soon as they reached to my place they started working straight away without delaying anything. Each piece is safe. the whole process is so smooth. I love the dedication of their work. Really recommended.

The job was done but it was a struggle

They were here early, worked really hard, great attitude! They were super helpful in setting up my furniture and boxes where I wanted them. They were very cooperative and helpful. Thank you for helping me with my move! Highly recommend them!

They worked very hard and helped us move. The price is incredibly reasonable, I honestly think they could easily raise it as other places quoted me far more, and the service with these guys was excellent. Must try them once. You will like them and their service!

On arrival of my items, I was greeting by the pleasant team of Next Stop movers who helped me with the They arrived as scheduled without any delays, and not only moved in everything into my new place with ease & care but were extremely proactive about assembling furniture. This saved me a considerable amount of time. I had the best move with them. They are great.

The movers were really good. They were on time, and followed all our guidance. We asked the, for a big truck and we got it. We wanted to use minimum hours for a 2 bedroom move and they followed our instructions to only carry the essentials and come to the agreement. It was a great move with them.

The communication was phenomenal with the whole moving team. The team was very helpful and courteous. I received several status updates about my items and was given a time-slot for delivery. The movers delivered all of the things to my new apartment in intact shape. The movers are great. I recommend them to all.

Awful. They are holding our belongings hostage. No bill of laden, no agreement of increase until they left with our stuff. Went from 13,900 to 36k! They plan to auction our stuff in 30 days. Run run run from this company who desires to not conduct biz according to federal law. They outsource your job to companies like City to City moving in Fla. which btw the manager of Next stop leaves in. Nothing about this company is legit. Run1

The movers and their movers are absolutely phenomenal. I actually read some good review on their page and then booked them for my move. The movers arrived on my house on exact decided time. The moverâ s team was very professional and highly skilled. They are just the best movers in here. I recommend them to all.

I had Next Stop movers come to my house to assess the quantity of belongings and to help me everything related to move. They helped in packing even when it was no in the package and he gave me a fair reasonable exact price. The company did the best moving experience to me.

They team of movers are quick, efficient, professional and highly trained. They are the best movers and they even arrived early. They knew what they were doing navigating down the staircase in the building. I am lucky to use them and I would use them again. They are just the best.

Next Stop Moving company did a fantastic job for us when we moved my daughter's apartment into storage. They packed and moved from a 4th floor apartment without elevator in an amazingly short time and we even came in under the quote. Most importantly, the 4 men that came were really nice to work with and made the whole move a very pleasant experience. Thank you for a fantastic move.

These guys are really professional and did a great job! We were tight on budget and they did everything they could to help us make the move as fast as they could to save on billed hours. We had three friendly, hardworking guys: Mike, Jay and Trevor. They worked fast but carefully. Nothing was broken or damaged. And they even fixed the freight elevator in our new building! Great guys and reasonable prices.
