I just blew it off. I never did anything about it. I just ended up taking all the carpet out. It was one of their deals; it was like three rooms for $100. It wasn't very much.They left the carpet way too wet I remember. I wasn’t even home when they were here; my husband was here. I just came home to it. It was wet forever. I wouldn't even know how to grade the pricing on that. I wasn’t happy with the service. They were probably on time; I wasn’t here. I don’t remember them being late or anything. I would not use them again in the future.
Description of Work: Sears ruined my carpet. We had really good carpet in here. The carpet lasted twenty years. It's made out of silk fibers or some kind of funky stuff. When they cleaned the carpet, their machine just pulled up little pieces of carpet.
