Description of Work: Started shower installation |Showed up needing tools for demo- which I paid for- he was also working by the hour- so I paid for his trips too- shower was not square- he overbought on all of the supplies which went to his storage facility- took too many smoke breaks- which I also paid for. This was several years ago and he had recently moved here from Las Vegas. Maybe he's gotten better.

+ 3 moreJust great, when I got sick he came early in the morning and I went back to bed with the flu.
Description of Work: He comes and walks though each room with me, I show him things from a bad outlet, to winodw jam. We make a complete list, he buys all the parts and comes and installs them. He works fast and very neat. He has never done anything he was not comforable with, such as a spa motor, needed an electrian. He gives the receipts and his hourly. Great guy, honest, clean and knows what he is doing.

Some, but not all, areas that I am proficient in are flooring (wood and tile), drywall, minor electrical, plumbing, windows and doors, home additions and remodeling, decks, patios, outdoor structures, fencingn, and Lawn irrigation.
